I caught him in a few lies... that is my concern. Why lie if you have nothing to hide? But, now it seems like almost everyone involved in this case is lying.

So do you still believe Jesse is the person you saw with Caylee in GA?

It must have been at a Fusian event...she invited everyone she could think of to those things. I find it hard to believe that he doesn't remember...though he did ask his roommate the exact date he left for NY. Maybe he's toasted most of the time.

oh, I totally believe you. I thought it was odd too because last night someone posted pics of Casey & TonE at some bar (Voyage) and I noticed in 1 pic that RM was in the background.

That is actually a huge rarity in my neck of the woods. Matter of fact KC is the 1st one for me to have heard it from. While there are Nanny agencies out their, any agency a nanny may be affiliated with needs to be licensed with in their state. As is in New York, yuck, yuck. Rest assured Midwesterners also still call a babysitter a babysitter aka childcare not flip Nanny. Too much not so reality TV and wanna play Hollywood with some of these young posers also known as a Faker's.

Since the grandmother stated in her daughter's bail bond testimony that she believed that Jesse was the father, that could be more than possible. Good catch.

Does anyone know when the paternity test was done? If it was none prior to the bond hearing, then CA lied under oath.

Never mind, I just listened to the interview and answered my own question. So, it was taken right after Caylee's birth. Does that mean that CA lied under oath? Did she say that she believed at one time that Jesse was the daddy or that she still believes he's the daddy? Anyone remember?

If I am not mistaken, I believe Cindy meant that at one time she believed Jesse was the father of Caylee... not that she still believed it.
I could be wrong. Believed is past tense. Believe is present. If she said believed, she meant did once, don't now.

In the video of Caylee reading her book, sometimes it has audio and Caylee is saying mama and papa. Could it just be her way of saying grandma and grandpa? Also, CA stated that Caylee started calling them SiSi and GG. She thinks she was trying to say Cindy and George.

My opinion on how this interview came to be:

One of Geraldo's producers contacted Jesse and said that there was a rumor that he was Caylee's daddy and that CA or KC or both together are trying to pin the murder on him and would he like to come on the show to defend himself and prove that he is not the daddy. Other than that, he really didn't give any new or different insight other than to say that CA referred to herself as mommy to Caylee in his presence.

Or, he contacted Geraldo so he could prove that he's not the daddy and to defend himself against the alligations that CA & KC are supposedly making about him being involved in Caylee's disappearance. He wouldn't dare contact NG cause she would rip him apart and by the end of the show we would have known what size boxers he wears.

Showing the notorized paternity test report. Who's the father? Someone she was intimate with one time and didn't want Caylee in his life. When he learned Caylee wasn't his, he still wanted to be Caylee's dad........he loved Casey so much.

He's SO lucky he didn't marry her!

I have always wondered if Aug 9, 2005 if the father section of the birth certificate was blank or whether it was revised and blanked out 10 months later after the paternity test came back.

There is a copy of it in the 400 page documents and nothing appears to have been blanked out. It's just not there.

I was told that in Florida, the father's name cannot be put on the birth certificate if the mother and father are not married.

The father must sign an avidavit and there is more red tape than just writing down someone's name.

I don't remember the details, but if I can find that, I'll edit this post.
