Jet crashes in Thailand, 100 feared dead

BANGKOK, Thailand - A passenger plane heading to one of Thailand's leading tourist destinations crashed Sunday as it tried to land in heavy rain, splitting in two as it was engulfed in flames, officials said. As many as 100 people were feared dead.

Death toll is now said to be 85, and 40 are said to have survived.

This is terrible we have one Australian confirmed dead, and three survivors but they are injured, how badly we do not know yet.
