During NG they were showing pictures of Travis's house I had never seen before. I think they said 250 new crime scene photos. Has anyone seen them?

We've been talking about it for hours. I'm glad someone else besides me finally saw something. I was beginning to think I was going a little nuts.

He has leg hair in one photo. I think Jodi manipulated him into removing his pubic hair. How could Travis have a sexual relationship with another woman and explain his lack of pubic hair? That could be embarrassing and might manipulate him into NOT having sex with another female. In a sense, Jodi "branded" Travis.

I remember reading some of his friend's blogs at the beginning of the trial.

One of them wrote about going on a group trip with him and 5-6 other people, Travis talked about hating body hair and being a manscaper.

I'm confused about the photos. How could the prosecution not know about them if they are crime scene photos? Aren't they basically "property" of the state and part of the discovery that they have to give to the defense? I'm basing this on the reasoning that the photos are taken by the Mesa PD Crime Scene people. What am I missing?

I'm definitely not a lawyer, so I'm hoping someone out there has the legal low-down on how this works and why the prosecution is claiming to be in the dark.

Note: I am in NO way on the defense side of things. I'm just really not understanding the issue. :dunno:

I just found out about these photos tonight. What I have heard is the prosecutor is calling fowl and there may be a motion to be filed or brought up about it on Monday.

Sorry, Wiki but here's the Brady disclosure. Is this about the gas purchases & Walmart gas can? Whatever, it's supression of favorable info for the defendant? I'd impeach that last expert on her mental condition first.

Yes she did. I was surprised as it is a cheap disposable which does not go along (IMO) with old fashioned shaving. I thought she might be lying about that. Since Travis liked nice things, had his jackets tailored with his name on them, I don't see him using a Bic. I should go back and look at the pic of him shaving and see what type of razor he is using. Beside the point now, but probably another of her lies.

whaaaaat? I was inside most of the day but the morning was gorgeous. I did turn on my a/c in the afternoon though. My car showed 83 in the middle of the day though so not sure when it went up to 100. No no don't say it!

I'm 5' 6 (or 5'5 3/4 as a nurse once corrected me after I wrote 5'6 on a form) and I wear a size 11, very wide.

My 9 yr old wears a women's 5.
