If she gets death, is Nurmi required to do the appeals? I don't like him but I do feel sorry for him having to deal with her. That other lawyer, the woman, ugh, her snippy attitude towards Mr. Martinez makes me think she's been around Jodi too long.

No, there will be a different attorney assigned who specializes in appeals.

Maybe NG misspoke. Maybe state has more photos and didn't share them with the defense? This really makes no sense whatsoever.

Bombshell! The State Vs Jodi Arias FB page has photos of the 2 motions (Walmart & Tesoro related). It says JM turned over an email from Tesoro stating that after a records check, all 3 purchasers were for gas! Also execs from both companies were added to the witness list. So I assume DT wants to exclude these because it just came it but can't JM argue that she just lied about these things? Do any lawyers know?

There are crime scene photos I saw on the HLN website that I did not see at the trial such as knives in the kitchen, open dishwasher, scene processing, etc.

What do you think evidence is? Oral testimony is evidence, it's up to the jury to decide whether they want to believe it or not, but in the mean time millions of people heard it smearing Travis Alexanders name.

How much longer do we think the trial will go on? I know it's as good as anyone's guess, but do we have any estimates?

Will the DT be calling another witness (domestic violence expert)?

Probably sometime next month considering there WILL BE a penalty phase.
