Someone posted another good point awhile back about his camera bag being found in the large media room outside of his bedroom - kinda hidden behind one of the Luv Sacs. What the heck is it doing way out there? Is that where she hid while waiting for him to get home..

JM didn't talk much about the naked photos. Other than pointing out there was no rope in any of them, he questioned the camera expert about the color of the KY gel cap being blue. He pointed that out in two different pics.

She must feel he's on to something because now all of the sudden, she pulls another camera out of her purse! kinda like the holster.

I'm looking at the pics again, the one with her on the bed and the one with him on the bed. Those look like two different KY bottles to me on two different days!

When is REBUTTAL!?!? :banghead:

Why is it important if Travis Alexander had sex with her that day? If they did have sex, will this mean that it is more probable that the jury will find Arias Not Guilty to First Degree Murder?

I could easily believe that they did not have sex that day. People do write that Travis Alexander is a guy, and, would not be able to "pass." However, it seems as though Travis Alexander was done with her. More than that, disgusted with her.

I could also easily believe that Arias took the naked pictures of herself. I'm sure that Arias probably spent a great deal of time practicing how to do so. It does not seem as though Arias had anything significant going on with her own life - and, would have been greatly satisfied spending hours practicing how to take naked pictures of herself so that she could do it at Travis Alexander's house (with the motivation that Arias wanted to have naked pictures of herself inside Travis Alexander's house - Arias wanted to be able to show how madly in love Travis Alexander was with her).

I went to Travis Alexander's Myspace for the first time recently - Arias comments on his photos shows how much she wanted everyone to know, 'I'm in Travis Alexander's Life -- Look at me -- I can write comments you cannot write because I am in Travis Alexander's life!"

Arias "points" out that she 'took this photo and even cropped out all of the ED's." Arias also comments that Travis Alexander's photographer "must be great," referring to herself.

Travis Alexander may or may not have had sex with Arias on June 4, 2008. Regardless, he did not deserve to be butchered and left rotting in his shower.

I think I am probably in the wrong thread, and apologize in advance, but I was just listening to the taped phone sex and to me it sounds like she used some type of audio software to splice together pieces of different conversations. I think this might be what Travis was talking about being scammed. she could have used something as simple as Audacity.

I have thought the same about the sex tape. The beginning and the end sound like a normal conversation but the middle part where all the sex fantasy is going on sounds disjointed from the rest of the conversation. It just does not "flow" right to me. I am also bugged by the fact that during this supposedly long conversation that you hear very few sounds from the phone itself being moved. If you have a phone to your ear, you can hear when the person on the other end moves their phone as in readjusts its position and such and since this was recording both of them there should have been many, many phone movement sounds heard but there weren't.

After TA's supposedly ejaculates during the sex fantasy conversation and then goes to clean himself up you can definitely hear a distinct break in the sound. Then when he comes back nothing is mentioned about what just happened between them. There are no comments about "that was good" or anything. It was like he had just gone to take a leak or something and then comes back to the phone.

I just have serious doubts about the authenticity of tape as a whole.

Im still mulling over what part of him that is. The way we see the blood pouring from him, it makes me think it looks like the top of his back like just below the nape of the neck and its curved like he's trying to sit up because she is dragging him.

If you look all the way to the left in that photo....to the left of what has been called a button on the duvet cover......you can see Travis's head in profile. His nose and ear are especially visible, and the throat slash is very gray and blurry.

There were not. I have been to that shopping center many times over the years.

But, it really does not matter. The concrete curbs for the planters and the curb near the main part of the mall could have been the "concrete bumpers" (if this were not the testimony of a lying psychopath). The lack of the bumpers would not be good evidence for her lying as anyone could recall a curb but remember it as a concrete bumper.

Of course in her case she is lying, but my point is that this is not good evidence proving the lie.

She actually called them "cinderblocks". Indicating something very low to the ground....like parking bumpers. Just saying, she made that stuff up about the skaters and probably does not remember the actual layout but she thinks she will never get called on her lies anyway.

Sorry if this is wrong thread, but I'm freaking out! I've seen every minute of trial, but was watching random testimony on Youtube...O M G...what a hideous monster! Watching Daryll Brewer's cross with Juan...at 1:07 or so, thru to the end - JWilmott is just blatantly shaking her head & mouthing answers she's hoping for..and the DEMON next to her with flaring nostrils looks like she's gonna lose it! I've honestly never watched someone so evil. Her hatred for Juan is TANGIBLE! Looks like someone talked to her after this and said you better get your act together! Her feelings of rage & anger are written all over her, and it ain't pretty...

According to what looks like Detective Melendez' notes, the foot in the photo is a right foot:

"I found twenty (20) previously deleted images of Travis Alexander taking a shower. Based on the angles and poses, it appears that someone else took the photos. The images were created on this media on 06/04/2008 5:22:24 PM thru 06/04/08 5:30:30 PM. On 06/04/08 5:31:14 PM an image of the bathroom ceiling is taken. At 5:32:165 PM an image of Travis Alexander is taken. The image is very dark and upside down. After rotating the image and making it lighter I was able to tell that this is an image of Travis Alexander. It appears that Travis Alexander is deceased in this photo. Travis Alexander is naked on the floor with the upper part of his body pulled off the ground by an unknown suspect. What appears to be blood is going down his back from his neck area. The only part of the suspect visible in the photograph is the right leg and foot. The suspect is wearing dark colored pants with two lighter colored vertical stripes on the side. It appears that the image was taken in the hallway area between the master bedroom and master bathroom. "

JM asked JA if she was wearing socks at the time. She said that she was.

But Melendez is talking about the FIRST dragging photo here and I think (but could be wrong) the OP is talking about the very last photo, very hard to make out. I agree with the OP that the object mid frame looks like the sole of a shoe or slipper, and the bluish long thing seems to be her pants. Of you study it you can see the hemline, similar to the hem seen in the first dragging photo. Once again, to the upper left I can see Travis's head, in profile. I can make out his nose and ear most particularly.

Wish I could figure out how to do an outline but it is so blurry and dark once you put those lines on the drawing it obscures what you are trying to show.

Thanks Dani, but Jose Baez is going to be on tonight as well. So I just cannot watch. I will not listen to him even one more time saying "just because she's a liar doesn't make her a murderer". Which is exactly what he will say. Talk about a one trick pony!

My math is a llittle different:

44 seconds between 5:30:30 and 5:31:14
62 seconds between 5:31:14 and 5:32:16
76 seconds between 5:32:16 and 5:33:32

I think you are allowing 100 seconds per minute, rather than 60. Am I wrong?

I don't know.
Having another person would really help explain a lot.
1) Overpowering Travis
2) Where the car was parked (she was dropped off)
3) Disposing of the weapons/clothes etc
4) Look out for roomies returning home
5) the "we drove" comment
6) double purchases at Walmart (even though it still doesn't make sense)

Who knows where Jodi's loyalties start or stop. Maybe the person she's covering for (IF she's covering for anyone....) is promising her that they will throw the trial somehow? Maybe that's why she's so cocky and confident no jury will find her guilty? Maybe she knows something we don't.

Jodi dances to her own drummer so for us to think like Jodi or assume like Jodi is like my goldfish trying to figure out calculus.

I think that if she had an accomplice during the crime, it would not have been jodi who would have done the dragging as per the photo...especially with her injured, cut finger. She may have contacted someone after the crime who then became an accessory after the fact and maybe helped hide the crime jmo

I don't believe for a second that anyone other than Arias murdered Travis. She is the devil herself and if anyone even remotely helped her she would thrown him under the bus in a second! I don't know whether she had anyone else with her in the car on her road trip after the murder. I just trust JM and will go with whatever he says.

I also noticed today when I was rewatching Juan's cross examination, that he asked her if she made up a lie about the car charger, and she said, "yes".

To me, the dead phone for 20 hours while she was secretly murdering Travis is about the most compelling premeditation evidence there is -- other that the "stolen" .25 auto from her home a couple days before she set out on her murder trip

Yup. It makes no logical sense to lie about leaving the charger behind (then buying a new one) 0nly to 'confess' about misplacing it (and finding it underneath the passenger seat later on).
She's either relaxingly vague or insanely detailed!

But the car-charger lie is no different than (this analogy of) her saying she ate at McDonalds only to admit eating across the street at Burger King instead.
How does that change anything because it doesn't bolster nor collapse her story?. She's such a pathological liar that her 'truth-switch' is permanently stuck on off.

I'm watching day5 of the trial, where Juan is with the female blood spatter expert.
Arias is writing away furiously, suggesting she has views on what the expert is saying. The thing is, she is describing the spatter as it happened, so how can Arias have so much to write if she was in her fugue state?
