Was Gus there ? Doesn't he know that ROOMMATES were home from 4 am until 3-4 PM on 6/4 and returning around 6 PM ? Gus obviously is blinded by his sick affection for Arias ...

I thought one of the roommates left for work at around 6 am that morning and the other one was staying at girlfriend's parents' house but came home for about a few hours in the afternoon. If either were home at 6 PM, that's one fast cleanup job by JA.

Very sorry to hear, momof7. If you are a glass half full type of person, though, alot of people pay good money to shed 30 pounds in a 2-month period! Sounds like you've made a great adjustment and are in a much better place in life now.

I was very happy with the first 20 but once I hit 89 lbs...well, it got old. Thankfully I had a great therapist who helped me see that threats/behavior of the person I was dealing with were going nowhere. He didn't have a leg to stand on, and he looked like the crazy one.

I just don't buy Samuels or any of the story that is being played out here. My ex hired someone to peep in our windows at night. Scared the bejezus out of me and the kids. Some people are just looney when they don't get their way. Which is why JA could tell me anything and I wouldn't believe her. I know her kind of crazy.

I think she ran out of time during "clean up" and left in a haste. re: roommates :twocents:

The bedding was already in the dryer by then (or at least already been washed)- she would have had to got it tangled with the last load of towels, Travis's clothing, ect.

Found the schedule of trial at the link someone gave. Thanks. But can someone tell me how many hours difference the trial is as copared to Eastern Time?

The calendar says 10:15 Hearing and 11:00 trail resumes. But I am trying to figure out how many hours from EST the courtroom is in ? Like are they 3 hours difference from EST or 4 hours difference ?

Gotcha, but it is my feeling that it is a little more important than some of her other silly lies. This whole parking scenario is key to one of the aspects of premeditation.....that it was ultimately her who messed around with the license plates, and not some skaters. It has long been said that there are no parking bumpers at all in that parking area, and she was VERY exacting and specific about where she parked and the overall parking situation there. She recalled in photographic detail the tag leaning up against the "cinderblock" bumper.

The point is for me, that it is not that she just honestly has misremembered the situation (and I am unwilling to give her credit for any honesty at all). But that IF she parked where she SAYS she parked, it would be IMPOSSIBLE for the skaters to have removed her front tag. Since she made the front tag such and elaborate part of the back tag story, and connected the two, it follows that is is UNLIKELY that there were skaters at all.

I cannot even believe that I am wasting time thinking about her ridiculous stories and parsing her multitude of lies, but at least here at WS, I can take comfort in the fact that I have PLENTY of company! Looking forward to trial today!

I recently have been involved in a defamation lawsuit by a contractor who turned out to be a pathological liar. He lied to the court on multiple occasions. Parsing his lies turned out be exhausting and costly.
I have had ample time to ponder the psychology of lying and what it does to other players who out of principle adhere to the truth. In many cases it is simply not cost benefit effective to take the time and effort to deconstruct lies especially when liars will naturally lie about the lies. It becomes an infinite regress.

JA and her defense team obviously have no compunction in spewing out lie after lie. Common sense alone belies her claims of gas can economy, the skaters’ prank, the sex tapes, the pedophile incident, the “mortal terror”, the bathroom chase, the loaded gun on the shelf etc etc. Each lie can be deconstructed and exposed but doing so requires more effort than it took in conjuring the lie in the first place.

I find it troubling that Nurmi and Wilmott are excused for representing JA when they both “must know” that her story is a total “Crock” and violates the mere application of common sense. I also find it troubling that Jose Baez in representing CA took the same tack.

Truth telling is “high virtue”. But truth seekers who seek to debunk lies are, I believe, also welcomed and “blessed”.

I think the headstand was 100% for Flores, just another attention-seeking device. It took him too long to return to the room.

Remember how she said she had a shoulder injury from TA supposedly 'body-slamming her' and it still hurts to this very day (4 years later) No way she would be able to handstand with an injured shoulder. :furious:

Since we don't know for sure, we can only speculate.

If JA was a beneficiary, forged or legitimate, again that would go to premeditation.

Since we haven't seen evidence indicating it, I'm guessing not.

I don't think so either. He certainly didn't want her having Napolean in the event that he died.

Definately 3 hours earlier than EST this time of year. I used to live there. (2 hours in the winter due to Daylight Savings Time which AZ doesn't participate in. I think that's why people get confused.)

I tend to think the camera in the washer was a mistake that happened in the hurry up Jodi you have to get out of here! She may have realized it later, too late to go back and get it and she was just HOPING no one would look at it. If she didn't know it was in the washer she probably convinced herself that no one would look at it too much in that she had already deleted the pictures and didn't think of the memory card at all. Had she thought of the card, she could have just as easily taken it with her and disposed of it just like the other stuff.

This is justice for Caylee we are talking about here, and my TV set will go dark tonight at ten PM when after dark comes on....in memory of that sweet little girl.
