What are the words she is saying right at the very end? With her head down on the table?

I watched it last night and it paints a sickening, brutal, and heinous picture.

Does anyone think the defense reads here? sometimes I do......it seemed as if she shortened up her answers somewhat on her last day on the stand.

I hated what I woke up to and read this morning about the stuff about Travis which is coming. How many times does she get to kill this poor guy?????

I noted awhile ago about something I had seen which could be used to "back up" her claim but I said I was not going to post it. Don't know if I should reveal it now, so you all know. It is pretty silly and immature if you understand it for what it is, but if taken out of context, which I am sure they would do, it could possibly be used to support her claim.

Yes, I believe it. In fact they read, have others read to see what the public is feeling/saying and try to somehow get around it. They did this with the Anthony trial. Found that the public was not sympathetic to George and look what we got out of that. That is why we should not give them to much of what is being said or felt. They are searching other forums too. They could even have mock jury's to see what verdict she might get. That also was done with the Anthony case.

I'm totally speculating here, havent really even formed an opinion about it, just cannot figure out why ELSE DT would be USING the pic they are using in the first place....

The only thing is if Juan says it is not Travis' penis and hand he will know that for sure before he speaks. He is no novice in this deceptive game by a long shot. If he mentions the penis pics he will definitely know what he is talking about before he does.

No, this was something that seemed disturbing when I was browsing the crime scene photos and pics of Travis, on photobucket. It was a MySpace posting that had been cut and pasted as a picture on the photobucket account. I did some sleuthing and found the referenced MySpace page, which had more of the same kind of remarks, which Travis had responded to. I eventually decided for myself that there was some sort of "immature, teen age boy" type teasing going on. Having been a school bus driver for a number of years I used to hear this sort of thing going on in the 13 to 15 year old range all the time. I thought at the time that Travis seemed to be too old at the time to be engaging in that type of stuff....but somehow I think that due to his struggles as a child that he MAY have been a little bit emotionally immature. I am NOT denigrating him, AT ALL!
But, the kinds of remarks that I saw could be used to support Miss Things most recent claim, since they would be taken entirely out of context. I really hope this is not going to happen but if it does, and MySpace is brought up, that's what it's all about.

Let's not forget Jodi was getting into those accounts. And it is easy to do because I see it done on Facebook. What is disturbing is that she's not a teen doing it but an adult and trying to paint a picture of him. I don't think this plan was in place for a couple of weeks, I believe she entertained the idea the first time he told her he as not interested in her. I don't think Travis ever wanted her in his life with the exception of when he first met her. I believe he and other's in the company tried to get her started in signing up people. She lived in a fantasy world. We know they went on trips but friends claim it was mostly church trips with other people. By her own admission Travis told her she needed to date other Mormon men.

Being overly possessive for an average man usually will send him packing. Being overly possessive and wanting to "be all over" a Mormon man in public is forbidden. Jodi did understand this but ignored it because it did not fit into her plan. She is trying to impress on the jury that he was using her when, in fact, she was planning to use him. It's just that simple.

If anyone has any doubt check out her items on eBay that are listed for $$$$. They would be worth nothing had she not killed Travis. It's just a sick message to send to potential murderers out there, isn't it. jmo

I feel sick to my stomach over this. Just when her defence was going nowhere her and her DT sink to a new low.

I think this is how she is going to explain away the June 4, 2008 photo of Travis laying on the bed naked with the bottle of KY in view.

I cannot believe her testimony has taken such a sick and low-down-dirty turn.

So now we have the testimony Travis like Jodi to wear young boy underwear, the Spiderman kid undies, and now this. None of it supported by evidence.

After watching all of Jodi's interrogations, so much closer in time to the murder, I don't think Juan will scare Jodi at all, and I doubt he expects to do that. He won't let her ramble- that's a given, and maybe that will throw her ever so slightly off her game, but not much, since she'll be expecting his style.

I bet he prepared years ago for how he would cross her if he had the chance, and that if he didn't already know how (and I bet he already knew), he consulted with pysch experts as to how to go toe to toe with a pathological liar on the stand.

IMO, he won't be able to get her to eat her words on anything- she can lie faster than she can think. What he will be able to do is reinforce for the jury that she is a liar, and to throw fact after fact after fact in her face.

As of now, I also think he will not revisit very much of the past 3 days of testimony. He's too smart to get lost in the weeds of refuting each of the mountain of this defendant's fabrications. Seizing on her pattern of snooping into her boyfriends' correspondence and confronting the involved girls would do.

One exception- her very bizarre tale about the drunk lady Jodi found terribly amusing until the lady pressed her cleavage against Travis. Sent into a tailspin of hiding in a bathroom stall for 1/2 hour weeping? Wow.

I think Juan scares the jeepers out of Jodi! Has anyone noticed how quickly she says "Oh sorry" when Juan objects? She apologizes after almost every objection by Juan. He's already under her skin! Juan is one of the best I've ever seen. It will be epic!

If Travis were really "that into her" he would have pursued her and made the effort like people do in normal relationships.
Guess she never read the book.

That relationship was a no go from it's inception.

Said it before... this is her chance to finish TA off and she will stop at nothing in doing that. Just hoping the jury sees through her lies. I am shocked as to the depth JA will go to trash TA. There is no evidence to support this according to LE in their investigation. The fact that she said she "walked in"goes further to substantiate she is stalking him. The jury is not going to buy this testimony at all. This will certainly seal her fate IMHO. I find this interesting as she knows that Nurmi defends people that are accused of sex crimes and this story line is a little more than convenient. What I find equally as shocking that Nurmi would go along with this knowing there is no evidence to support it. Free advertising much???

This is a very sordid, salacious trial. And that IMO, is the reason why so many are interested in it. I have seen comments here and other places as to WHY so interested in seeing justice done in this case and not the many murders that take place everywhere else.

And I recall one day of court starting out with judge sustaining Juan's objection to the photos the computer guy held up. Then a few days later, their in. Huh?

And why on earth would some story about TA and boys photos be admitted? What possible relevance could that have.

Just seems to be making more of a circus of this case. I guess I should be asking this on the legal thread.

I seem to recall a lot of stuff both sides tried to get in during CA trial that was not allowed by the judge as either prejudicial or not relevant.

But I guess the difference may be that in this case the defendant is testifying, so I suppose the prejudicial issue only applies to the defendant, not the victim.

But I still don't see the relevance. It is sure infuriating. I cannot imagine what his family must feel like.

Martinez claimed that Arias had alternately said that Alexander was viewing pictures on a computer and viewing printed photographs. Furthermore, he brought two Mesa police investigators to the witness stand to say that they had found no pornographic images of any kind on Alexander’s computer, nor had they found photographs in his house.

Wasn't the picture recovered from her hard drive that was destroyed. Could she have been trying to load it onto his computer and his security system would not accept it? Jodi claims it was sent to her on her phone but the picture is from her hard drive. So why would she had sent the picture from her phone to her computer. The picture is not of Travis' fingers so it could be anyone. Did she identify it as Travis? jmo

She did confirm it when she said he sent them to her phone in 2006.

She hated them so much she uploaded them to her computer. LOL!
