I'm going to regret asking this, but are all the photos of the defendant shown to the jury available online? I've only seen little ms pigtails looking...odd.

There are some photos which can't be unseen. You see everything and I mean everything that God gave Jodi. You can find them online. There are two "close ups" (and we mean close ups) of her naughty bits, it's not a pretty sight.

If I was Jodi I would be so embarrassed. I would not be able to hold my head up. Ever.

Watching Wednesday's testimony (and my eyes want to close LoL). Nurmi asks her how many times they had sexual encounters during the weekend they met in that little town near Blythe, and she says "I would say about three, you know in total".

I can't imagine it was any more than about 10 hours total despite seeming painfully much, much, much longer. JMHO

I agree. I can't imagine him not being shot first. I posted my theory of the case as follows:

Is it possible that she did shoot him first, say when he was seated in the shower, and that he was unconscious for a while? Her gun jammed so she only gets off one shot. But he's taking too long to die so she knifes him in the chest which bled profusely and washed conveniently down the shower. She sits/leans on the sink trying to figure out what to do next. He wakes up after a few minutes and runs toward her. He is weak, confused, and probably with diminished eyesight (at least in the right eye). She easily evades him. He is unsteady and leans on the sink and coughs out the blood spray. She gets behind him and sets about the business of giving him the remaining 26 stab wounds, which continues as he crawls down the hall. He finally collapses at the end of the hall but still manages to scream for help. At this point she's in a state of frenzy, fury and adrenalin. She cuts his throat to shut him up and end the crisis. Then back to the shower to wash him off.

So what looks like overkill in retrospect isn't. She wanted to shoot him dead in the shower but her gun jammed and he wasn't dying from the one shot. She thought the chest stab was just insurance to finish the job. But he wakes up and she does what she needs to do to finish the job. The whole scene from when he wakes up to her cutting his throat takes less than 30 seconds.

BTW, NurseB does not agree with my "isn't overkill" supposition.

I'm a little confused. Some of the Talking Heads are saying that victims of domestic violence tend to go back for more. However, isn't a relationship normally formed BEFORE the domestic violence? Seriously, Jodi hardly new this long distance love interest when she alleges that he made her feel like a "prostitute" and "used piece of toilet paper."

Sorry for quoting my own post, but I'm really hoping someone with information about domestic violence will answer my question.

Hi I'm new here but have been following this case from day 0. Fascinatingly tragic. At the moment I am really really worried that the jury may be buying Jodi Arias' meek and mild act. I really hope not. She is so horrid I just hope they see her for the manipulator that she is and she is convicted of slaughtering Travis.
I know that court was not in session yesterday (at least not publicly) but does anybody know if they are in court today?

I read earlier that Beth Karas thinks Jodi might be on the stand all next week. If that's true, if the defense drags this out all that time, I believe any jurors with sympathy for her will tire of the stories and the giggles and the smiles and the fake tears and will RUSH to declare her guilty. She is wasting the time they could be with their families. They will...or already do...despise her. IMO.

Imo, this is beyond overkill. She killed him three different ways and each one would have been fatal but that wasnt enough for her she stabbed him and stabbed him as he tried to flee, imo.

I agree with Nurse and he was shot last to make sure he was dead before she drug him into the shower to leave his body. It just lines up with all the blood pooling and blood spatter in the crime scene photos.

He wouldnt have time to wake up......the photo shows her dragging him right after the alive photo of Travis was taken, iirc and he was already down with blood coming from the gaping neck wound.

IMO
