Sincere question, if you know of one that is factually similar, can you please link it or identify it. I'm trying to think of a case where a female took a male "hostage" and toyed with him sexually before killing him. I can't. The Davaloo (?) case comes to mind, but in that case the tying up and knife were part of the consensual "play" which the husband denied was sexual in nature.

I was thinking of that military guy from Canada, but I'm not sure. I know I have read about such crimes. I'll see what I can find.

Why did she take the pictures? Both the sex and shower pics.

They weren't a souvenier, if that had been the intent I doubt she would have left the card there.

We know how much she loved to point that camera at herself. Was she pissed because he would never let her take sex pics and at gunpoint she got back at him by humiliating him with pictures? If she was humiliating him with pictures why only upper body shots in the shower? Wouldn't she want to save evidence of her revenge?

She didn't want to leave the pictures as an announcement she was there. (or maybe subconsciously she did?). She didn't try the self-defense ploy until the "I wasn't there" and the ninjas didn't work. She also chose a non-descript car and put the license plates upside down so red-light cams couldn't catch her. (in one interview with the detective she was claiming she wasn't in Mesa and said "maybe you should check the red light cameras)

I have no doubt TA knew he was about to die when that face shot was taken.

But why did she take the pictures.

The only Canadian Military guy I can think of is (former) Col. Russell Wiliams. He held and murdered his female victims. Not the other way around. For those not familiar I invite you to read up on him. It will scare the bajeesuz out of you.

Ah, thanks! The guy looks like the one on the far right, but I don't recall how she had it labeled. Probably not related. But at this point, who knows. Though, you'd think if it we at all related, they would have caught that.

I personally don't find JA's "peri" area to look bruised.. It looks slightly darker than average I would say but darker coloration down there is normal, as is variation.. They would have had to have already had this alleged "rough sex" hours before these photos for any bruising to have developed for these photographs, right? I thought there was supposedly multiple sexual acts when she went over there (haven't seen any evidence to that though?), but regardless of the roughness I'd imagine there is potential for bruising if there is repeated sexual activity.
Cases like this make me so mad because the only one who knows and holds the truth has been eliminated, and the only one to tell the story is a pathological, sadistic liar. It hurts my heart that for Travis's friends and family, the true events of that day will never be known. I can't imagine JA having the conscience to ever tell the truth once locked up because she is the type of person that enjoys having the power; knowing the truth IS a power. Also, I don't think she is capable of the guilt and remorse necessary for a confession in prison to "get it off one's chest".

That's Russell Williams. He broke into homes and stole women's underwear and at times photographed himself wearing stuff in their homes.

He killed two women and sexually assaulted others.

I know many artistic, very talented, very beautiful wwomen and many have some kind of "passive/aggressive " and overly sensitive characteristics

I think JA's ex boyfriends, friends, family members could verify if she had "episodes/meltdowns" before that might clue us in if she had a disorder

She just doesnt have emotions so when she tries to fake them they come across as what they are........fake.

My point was not that we know of cases of women doing this, but that there have been cases of sexual assault followed by murder and the killer took their time with the whole process. I don't think you can rule out that Jodi could have done something similar just because she's female.

Here are a few from a quick google search:

Murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom -- Raped, tortured for several hours, then murdered

Rape and murder of Kimberly Proctor -- Victim was lured by two friends to one of their houses; she was tied up and raped and beaten for hours before she was killed

Russell Williams -- spent hours with several of his victims, took photographs; ultimately progressed to murder of two of his victims
