Completely useless question, but do Jodi's attorneys bring her outside food for lunch as a treat and they meet together or is she shuffled back to the holding cell for a bologna sandwich with the rest of the criminals?

Honestly, I highly doubt it. IMO I get the distinct feeling they can't stand her either.

I am almost afraid to watch when Nurmi finally gets to the murder of Travis. I think he might gloss over it quickly while at the same time setting up reasons for why Jodi acted as she did following the murder. Is she going to claim she was in shock, doesn't remember her actions and a whole other train load of BS.
Go get her Juan.

I pray she gets convicted of 1st degree and the DP. Then some one asks her
"How do you feel about that Jodi?"

I just mean on another forum outside Websleuths. I left another forum years ago (they know who they are) after being sliced and diced in the Political forum and I got a message that someone was reading my updates there. That is NOT with my permission in case anyone is reading.

You could try to copy/paste your post into google and see if it shows up on another forum. I have used this before to find the origin of an article that someone copy/pasted into here.

Problem for Jodi is, she has already told the story with the two "ninjas" which pretty much describes what may have happened because it goes along with the evidence. With the gun shot, first or last it really doesn't matter, does it? It's the stab to the heart, the other frontal wounds, the stabbings in the back, the head (one stab wound that took a chunk out of his skull) his defensive wounds and lastly the cutting of the throat, all while he was still alive. That speaks of rage, not of self-defense. We know he was down on all fours crawling, she said so and yet she still continued to stab him, then cutting his throat as he got to the bedroom. She may have thought he was going for his cell phone and it was time to finish the job so she could leave.

It will be interesting what story she tells on the stand (not that it will be credible, just interesting). If Nurmi doesn't take her through the step by step of the murder, Juan will.

I have a feeling that this woman, who can remember if she wore a jacket on June 12, 1995, will all of a sudden have a really poor memory when it comes to details of the crime.

I don't remember...

I can't recall....

My memory of that moment is cloudy.....

yes. I work on airplanes and we are offered this training since 911. You can take seminars without signing up for months worth of classes.

I also suggest concealed carry if you state allows it. Nothing makes me feel safer in my home than knowing I have my trusty Glock near. not to mention it is a super fun hobby! evaded to the range in a few hours.

Pretty sad that people have to live in fear. I went for years without even locking my doors, didn't even have a key, and I live in a large Canadian city.

I too always had a gun until my son learned to walk...since then it's been kept in the safe...until very recently.

That is the point, I don't live in fear, I live in confidence. Plus I'm a great shot . To freeze or not to freeze: it's all about muscle memory and practice.

I am not referring to TA. He was boxed in and ambushed and naked. Is only chance was fighting after his heart was punctured by someone he knew well.
