By all means, tell me of a real life situation you know of where a healthy young man let a small woman armed with a .25 and/or a knife hold him hostage, force him into the shower naked and killed him -- or anything even remotely similar. That's what I was asking for. Similar examples.

She was not a small woman. She was almost as tall as Travis and very fit and strong (according to Ryan).

Where I live "bless her/your heart" is usually said right after a person has said something bad about another behind that person's back. May be used sincerely, depends on situation and intonation. LOL!

Lol I don't think many people care that Jodi's mom carried a spoon in her purse. Cry me a river! I kept waiting for her to say something worse, but that and her dad slapping her twice? I had to roll my eyes every time Nurmi would change the wording to "beatings" in his next question.

I think I've seen this mentioned before but am curious what everyone else's opinions are. That (almost last) picture of Travis alive where he's looking straight at the camera...

My mom kept saying she thinks he looks furious, but my brother and I disagree. I think his eyes look super intense, but look at his mouth... I think he looks like he's trying not to cry or something. That picture gets to me every time I see it.

Mama is usually always right. IMO, he looks pissed. The thin lined mouth. Narrowed eyes. Look at the other pics of TA in happier times you can see definite change in his expression that was not happy.

I have to say that I have faith in this prosecutor though, and I think he will come through for Travis and give him the justice that he deserves.

Thanks! I think the jury will see through it all. I don't think they'll believe a word that comes out of that liars mouth without evidence backing it up. I have faith that Juan will set them straight even if they do start to fall for her BS. It's crazy to me how much pressure is put on the prosecution to disprove self defense. I suppose I might feel different if I actually believed someone acted it self defense though.

Been reading the old thread and catching up.

Apparently, the closed door evidentiary hearing from last week may have had something to do with the admissibility of Jodi’s story that she walked in on Travis masturbating to computer pics of little boys. And that this bit of (fabricated, imo) testimony will somehow provide the information necessary for the jury to find in Jodi’s favor of “self defense”.

Now, I’m faaaaaarrrr from being any kind of psychosexual expert (lol!!). However, my decidedly lay (no pun intended) person observation is that Jodi has attempted to portray Travis as a “multi-tasking sexual deviant”. As in, one with “many” fetishes.

And that just doesn’t ring true for me, on a number of levels. Typically, from what I have read, fetishists are not very “open minded” to lots of different kinds of kink. They usually have one or 2 scenarios that really turn them on—not “many”.

And it would be exceedingly rare (if not impossible) to find someone who is turned on by BOTH multifaceted heterosexual adult kink, as well as gay pedophile non-consensual kink. So rare, that SOMEONE would have come out of the woodwork to “corroborate” the multifaceted het and gay pedo sex by now, if it were true. We would see lots of computer searches. A person can’t hide something like that, and still troll for partners. We would have seen SOMETHING to support that—computer searches for “Mormon heterosexual fetish and gay pedophile” dating sites—or something! It’s just inconceivable to me that one human could have so many DIFFERENT kinks he was “supposedly” into, without a SINGLE other person (besides the accused) to corroborate. If I were a jury member, I’d have to label all that lies.

And I might as well throw this in, as well—kinksters are almost never actual abusers. Consensual adult BDSM is NOT sexual abuse, EVEN if it hurts so bad you have to stay “stop, stop, stop” thru clenched teeth, Jodi. (Consider that an opinion, as I don’t have a link handy, lol!)

About the only thing we haven’t heard yet from Jodi is bestiality (run, Napolean, run!), orgy sex/ swinging, and fully engaged “BDSM lifestyle” sex. But Jodi isn’t off the stand yet, so poor Napolean is still at risk, imo. And I’m also somewhat surprised that she hasn’t sold out some of the Mormon friends they had, accusing them of swinging group sex or some such thing. (But then again, group sex would take Jodi out of the starring (willing victim) role, so I don’t think we’ll hear much of THAT.)

Enough of the Jodi filibuster. Bring on the cross X.

She didn't have or need help. IMO she dropped the camera to lunge at him with the knife ..he was standing after it was thrust into his heart....he got out if the shower. He was standing in the bathroom. The cast off blood in the bathroom floor to ceiling proves that to me.

I think she stabbed him in the chest first ....IMO all of the stab wounds to the front of his body had to happen as he got out of the shower.
