Man, I'm just thinking there's no amount of money I could be paid as a professional (lawyer, domestic violence "expert") to testify to this made up slanderous trash. I wonder at what point a professional decides to sell his or her soul and cross over into "morally bankrupt" territory.

Lord knows I'm not perfect but I could never put myself into something so important like this case if I didn't believe in what I was saying and doing fully. It's extremely disturbing that Alycee LAViolence has built a name and career on supposedly advocating for abused women and (I guess?) helping them survive, heal, and thrive.

And as for the attorneys, this is beyond "everyone deserves a defense" and "they're just doing their job". THEY are disconnected from reality. IMO and in my book these two have gone beyond what is acceptable. Not sure if their client rubbed off on them or if this is a game for them, but to me it's scary that this is "professional" and acceptable in our American court system.

---> I am not sorry for these opinions.

Did everyone notice how quickly Jodi alluded to Travis' receiving Victoria's Secret catalogues right after she mentioned that this is where she saw the boy-style panties?

I sure did, I also took note that Nurmi didn't follow up on that. When she said it I thought for sure the next question out of Nurmi's mouth was going to be "let me go back, you said the grass was green on the front lawn of the house three doors down and the dog was running westbound with a right-footed lead gate and Travis got the VS catalogue, is that right?"

Can anybody tell me what month Jodi is at in her never ending saga? TIA

Somewhere around month 3,468 out of 7,346. Get comfortable, CUCKOOHEAD. Have a drink. Have 4 of 'em. Doubles. Get your Xanax. Get a sleeping bag and a bag o'food.

Vinny was just reading from the transcript. LaVette? says Jodi told her Travis kicked her - here comes the physical abuse. (This was because she saw him with the pix.)

Yeah, well they're also claiming TA called her a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 but when it came right down to it, that actually wasn't even the truth - he never said "he" thought Jodi was a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 - he used an immature joke on her saying that's what his roommate said. So very likely the same pattern of "technicalities" will apply to these claims as well.

11 men & 8 women

Sorry... when I answered this question of how many men on the jury I was in error, I do believe Thundar got it right though:

11 men and 7 women, for a grand total of 18 jurors.

None of the jurors know if they will be picked to form the 12 person jury or if they will be picked to be Alternate jurors.

Thanks to Thundar for clearing this up! :seeya:

Do they have male prison guards where she will be going? If Susan Smith can find a man in prison willing to risk his job for her then I imagine Jodi will have no trouble finding one or two.
