Exactly. So far she has covered: one rape, fighting and making up, Travis' unpredictable temper, ignoring her, possessiveness/ jealousy, criticizing her, humiliating her, controlling where she lived, and forcing her to have unwanted oral and anal sex.

The only things left in the domestic abuse manual for Jodi to lie about are: controlling her access to money and Travis threatening to kill himself if Jodi left him.

Like many others, I believe that the preponderance of evidence weights toward the characterization of her as an aggressive stalker who decided that if she couldn't have him no one could.

I suspect this is very hard testimony for a hispanic father to hear, or actually any father of his generation. I believe that generation was quite as open about their sexcapades and he is probably horrified and embarrassed.

And he doesn't want her put to death.

I don't imagine her brother is all that thrilled to be listening to her sex life...

IMO there is only one reason these experts would perhaps perjure themselves to this defense scheme. $$$$$$$ is doing the talking, but they best look out for their future earning power because IMO this nationally televised trial will be the undoing of most if not all of them. Damaging to their credibility as an expert IMO.

As for the lawyers for the defense.. I have no respect for them because they have to know on their heart of hearts that Jodi Arias is full of bull****, yet they continue to massacre this good man's name on national televion and across the internet. :furious:

magpie, I agree but the way I look at it they just make azz's of themselves, including jodi. Who in their right mind would stay with a man like that? If travis were that bad he could not have hid it from ALL his friends. I think most of us including you, look down on her for it. She is dumb like a fox!! I feel so for his family.:seeya:
