There was a media rumour (Vinnie? I don't know 'cos I don't watch the media carp) that the defence DV expert might not testify. If that is the case, I see it as the defence raising the white flag. Could it be that the expert, after watching the testimony, has decided that she can no longer advocate JA as a victim? Just a thought.

Probably not the issue, as defense teams can never exhaust the endless supply of 'professional experts' willing to assist them provided, of course, that the price is right.

Where are Cyril Wecht, Michael Baden, Linda Kenney Baden, et al?

WTH ? Why now are members of her family showing up ?
