I don't get it either. I think she and Nurmi will preemptively explain the recording as her taking potential steps to report him as a pedo (ugh, hate typing that). Which of course is bull. IMO she has to give some reason why she taped it. Can't say she taped it for personal pleasure. It will have to play into her fear of him being an abusive monster.
I don't know, I just know there will be some disgusting excuse for why she recorded it.

That's gonna be a tough sell. They just showed Jodi saying to Nurmi that she'd never call the police on Travis.

Thank you ALL so very much for the updates! I cannot watch or hear today so I really appreciate you all. My stomach is in knots thinking about Travis' family. My heart goes out to them. I am having such a difficult time w this trial. I'm praying justice will prevail.

It may sound corny but remember it is always darkest before the dawn. I believe this prosecutor will get justice for Travis and his family.

Aside from the pedophile allegations, hands down the most vile commentary she gave yesterday was about what a tough childhood he had and how he may have been sexually abused, so she felt bad for him and thought THAT was why HE may have had "those problems".

I was shaking and I'm shaking again now. She has no g'd soul to use his truly difficult past which he worked so hard to overcome, he became a good man... and she DARED to exploit his struggles to weave her dispicable accusations against him that he's a pedophile.

I don't have the words ...
