That's gonna be a tough sell. They just showed Jodi saying to Nurmi that she'd never call the police on Travis.

Yes and all of their interactions seem to happen at HER instigation. Always stopping by his place, going to share dinner with his roomate, forgot a knick knack.

This wasn't a woman trapped in a loveless/abusive marriage, with kids she was 'staying' for. She moved closer and KEPT pursuing him. Anyone that can see her as a victim is going to need to move to Flori-duh.

One of my coworkers just came back to the office after presenting several of his cases to this morning's Grand Jury. This is a new Grand Jury, and he got to present the first Child case to them. He came back and was explaining to us how the new jury members looked stunned and honestly shocked at some of the facts he was presenting. It was a reminder to him, and us, about how we deal with these types of cases year in and year out, but many of these people have truly never been subjected to such details.

It made me think of these jurors listening to what Jodi is describing.

I do believe that even if they're somewhat believing he may have had CP...that Juan will bring it back around and explain it away that he doesn't fit the profile, there are no facts to back up her "stories," etc. When they hear Juan's cross, I have faith that they will not like being lied to by the defendant.

Oh my god... his poor family. My own blood pressure went up just reading this and I have never even met Travis.

This is going to get rough fellow websleuthers.

The lies about why and how she murdered him may make the pedophile testimony almost seem insignificant by comparison.

Alas, she ultimately had to repeatedly stab, butcher, and shoot him with a stolen pistol in order to keep him from killing her and from raping little boys and girls.

There will be a shrine 'erected' to Saint Jodi of Arias following her brave, albeit patently false, testimony today.
