If Jodi has been crying, it's over something that didn't go her way. People like her only are sorry when they are caught, and only feel badly for themselves. Maybe this will be great for the cause of justice for Travis and his family.

The jury came back into the Arias courtroom long enough for the judge to dismiss them for lunch, saying there were things to discuss.

Arias has been crying. No testimony until 3 pm ET. Jurors were just given an early lunch break.

I bet the sex tapes are coming in judging by Jodi's tears. I hope so, know they will be graphic, but I have the stomach for it. Can't be any worse than all the anal sex Jodi has been talking about. IMHO.

It's possible TA's family asked the State to present a LWOP deal to her to avoid Travis being dragged through the mud that Jodi insists on doing to his memory.

I don't know about TA's family requesting it, but I think this may be under discussion. That would explain her crying if she's being encouraged to take a plea.

Who knows. This is a fiasco.
