Any plea deal usually includes the pleader to admit their crime - hopefully, the DA would make her recant her lies in that instance.

That's neat. I often wonder if former jurors of lawyers sit in on other trials. Must be intersting to see the prosecutor in action from a non-juror perspective.

I would LOVE for a former Juan juror to join us here at WS!

I followed Judge Joe Kendall after the murder in our family. He was a character, and had a great sense of humor. I loved him telling the defense that he couldn't object to his own question that he was asking.

In attendance this morning were two former jurors from another murder trial prosecuted by Juan Martinez. Prosecutors often have groupies.

What is the difference between a stalker, a groupie and a person just looking up an old friend/acquaintance/lover?

That sounds like a setup for a joke, but I am serious. Many of the posters here use the word "stalker" very liberally.

We just don't care how upset JA is! In fact, even if there was a plea, the deal should be only if JA gives detailed information in court as to how she killed him so the jury and HER family will know what an animal she is.

No, someone in the courthouse....friend of JA. Not sure how someone in jail would be able to contact IS but ok....likely this person told BK, who is in person there and they passed to Jink.

Can psychopaths have an anxiety attack? I wouldn't feel any empathy if Jodi had a couple while she worked her way through what she did to Travis when she killed him. I'd even throw a pitcher of lukewarm water at her to help revive her or drown her, whatever.
