Haven't been following closely since Thurs. (the Dorner Manhunt got my attention), but just had an idea based on today's photographs on the media thread. Maybe Jodi is crying because she expected to get the phone sex tapes aired in front of the jury, and the judge denied it???

Thanks Linda7NJ, I get that about the rage about the temper tantrums, even about the tears being nothing more than anger at not being in control 100%.

But I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out why Jodi grabbed her knees like that. I thought extreme stress or anxiety, needing to refocus and calm down, relieve tension. I believe Jodi is psychopathic so it doesn't jell with her needing to relieve stress or calm down.

No Way would Juan accept a plea deal. She has nothing to offer, Travis's body was found, and we know how she killed him. Juan has successfully prosecuted women and put them on Death Row in Arizona, and that's what Travis's family wants. I don't see any plea deal here. Jodi can change her plea to Guilty, but she'll still be facing the same penalty.

What I'm trying to say is can I watch her testimony today anywhere online later? I unfortunately have to go pay bills this afternoon lol
