I don't think people should be so hard on the attorneys. Defense attorneys are in place to avoid wrongful convictions. They believe that everyone deserves a defense case and that the JURY is to decide guilt/innocence, not them.

So Nurmi and JW are just doing their job.

I believe its debatable how they do that job. Most posters here greatly respect the justice system and that would include the job defense attorneys must do to preserve the integrity of that system.

Many of us just aren't too keen in how they sometimes go about it. This defense attorney has repeatedly been leading the defendant on direct encouraging her testimony to be even more offensive and damning. This defense attorney submitted a motion to the court requesting the victim not be referred to as a victim during trial.

There's protecting a citizen's constitutional rights and the integrity of the legal system...and then there's low down, dirty handed tactics that many find hard to tolerate much less respect. MOO

good luck making the jury believe that. this woman poured bleach on the camera, delted the files, and ran it thru a wash cycle and they were able to recover the stuff off that camera.

What gets me is I suspect all these ideas were probably initiated by her. I so hope the jury is having the same response as the rest of us.

I suspect that Jodi enjoyed teaching Travis new sexual pleasure ideas that she knew about.

If Travis was somewhat new to sexual relationships, then Jodi loved teaching him everything she knew.
