I think she said that they made a video during one of the interrogations? I don't remember when, but at some point she did, and that they deleted it. The police wasn't able to recover it because video files are much larger than picture files, and the files had been written over again already.

I don't think people should be so hard on the attorneys. Defense attorneys are in place to avoid wrongful convictions. They believe that everyone deserves a defense case and that the JURY is to decide guilt/innocence, not them.

So Nurmi and JW are just doing their job.

They needed to use a defense that is believable. Like she totally lost it and went into a rage. I don't think this jury is going to buy self defense.
