IMO, I think Travis had asked Jodi to leave so he could get ready for his trip and she went to her car and came back with the gun. He looks surprised or pissed that she is back again. She may have told him she wanted some extra pictures of him as souvineir and so he posed for her until she got him vulnerable enough to attack him.

It really is so sad to think she pretty much did like the Alfred Hitchcock movie Phsyco in reverse. It is horrifying to think about.

They can't possibly be oblivious to how badly the tape played with the public?

I wonder if they have a hired person to watch the temperature of the jury, or the public to give them feedback as to how they are doing and what played well or didn't.

I was thinking the same thing. Which brought me to this: We here have differing opinions and conclusions after listening to the same things the jury is hearing. I think the sex tape may not have been understood by all jury members. I think the jury's mind may be wandering as Nurmi and JA drone on. Could this also be a problem for the PA as the jury may be tired of all this by the time he crosses her?

I found it humorous when Jodi was out shopping for rings and candy and she says "I went there in my STUPID outfit"...(Hey honey, you dressed yourself! You should have carried a change of clothes in a tote!!)

Then she was too embarrassed to go into Walgreens but had no problem going to Wal-Mart. Made me think of those funny emails that go around, "The People of Wal-Mart" where they show all the random people and most of them are horribly dressed!!! LOL!!

Although I had trouble hearing Travis I don't see what the big deal was with the tape. It was not meant for us to listen in so Travis had an expectation of privacy and at his worse he has proven himself to be a normal, healthy male at the time. Since it was Jodi who recorded it, it became very obvious she was feeding him leading questions. And I have to say for someone who is no longer dating him it appears she was willing to do whatever it took to hold onto him. The tape was to benefit her or to use against him for blackmail. It had no other purpose. She tried to destroy her computer but kept the tape. jmo

I wish I knew...some people who use tapatalk don't have their phone details displayed when they post and some do. There must be some way to turn that function off.

I did have those weird numbers but you can change your taptalk signature in the settings for the app

I don't think to the "general public" they will see this tape badly,it appears to me she is going to generate sympathy.. (Know that is not in the "popular belief" here). The general public doesnt follow cases so closely and are prone to base their opinion on their own life experiences...jmo only And yes I do think she is guilty..

Kirk Nurmi has, IMO, sunk even lower than Jose Baez did. This is a defense born of desperation. How many times did he argue with the judge today? Juan had to remind the judge that he stated the objection, and she makes the decision? Juan objects and Nurmi objects to the objection? He needs to go back to law 101, and the judge needs to grow a set MOO.

I try not to be a bitter person, but I hope this comes back to bite Nurmi in the butt. He decided this defense, he's leading it (obviously), and he will have to own it. The perv perpetrators will love him. :yuck:
