Very very late last night, I located HLN on hotel tv and saw a little of Nancy Grace. Parts of the phone sex recording were played. I couldn't understand anything that was said, but I can tell you without a doubt that the male voice sounded like that of Darryl Brewer. When I heard the voice, what little I heard, I recognized almost immediately from hearing him on the stand. Anyone else hear the same? Thanks. BTW so glad to be home!

No, it was Travis on the tape. His family got to hear the tape before it was played in court. I'm sure they, as well as Martinez, would have said something if they didn't think it was Travis.

Who in their right mind would not be angry if they thought they knew their romantic interest was cheating (not say he really was or wasn't, just that it is her story).

I have a hunch the prosecuting attorney is allowing her to go on (not objecting) because the more she speaks the more she says that he can use. She just can't help embellishing her stories or adding sidebars that contradict what she said earlier.

I'm with Nurmi on this one - but not for the same reasons. It IS annoying.

She's doing it to ingratiate herself with 'our' (ha!) prosecutor... She knows exactly what she's doing. What she doesn't know is how dumb it is to pull this carp on JM.

I feel like I'm using this word too much these days, but it's the only one that fits - backfire.
