As an abuse survior it highly pisses me off that this woman who is the abuser pretends she was abused. A male defendant wouldnt get to first base with this claim even if he had really been abused.

I am sick of female defendants using the abuse excuse trying to get away with horrendous murders.:furious:

I call it "the weaker sex" defense. Gosh, poor pitiful me, I'm just an abused little female who had to slaughter a man in self defense.

It makes it that much harder for real DV survivors to be taken seriously in Court.
