BritsKate---I just love reading your posts...I have to try to
'sniff out" before sending newborn infants who may be at risk home with their parents. My sniffer is pretty good---and JA as a victim doesn't cut it. TA was the victim in more ways than being murdered!!! What a Crock she is!!!! Also if the Defense wants to make JA look a victim they need to keep this succinct and bring out big points. I think the jury, like me is drowning in all this useless drivel...JEEZ

If I have a girlfriend who told a lie and then tells me she is being abused...should I believe her or disbelieve her because she is a known liar? I had no idea until I started following this trial that there was a "checklist" on how a "true" abuse victim behaves or should behave.

If she is a known liar, it's only common sense to put her to the test. DV is not about sentimentality, it's about hard, raw facts. There is a pattern to abuse and DV. Like I said, it's not about sentimentality. Why would I believe a known liar without checking out the facts? More fool me if I did. Being a bleeding heart is no help.

Is it just me or is this testimony about as boring as it can get? One would think JA being the star witness would contain some “aha” moments. OMGosh does Mr. Nurmi not realize this has to end sometime? I’m not sure he will even get to the crime scene tomorrow.
