Is there anyone here who lives in the Mesa area who might know if Mr. Nurmi always moves at this pace? It's almost unbearable.

This is the first time I've seen or heard of him. The trial is being held in Phoenix, which is about 25 miles west of Mesa. Both are in Maricopa County.

I had heard of Juan before this trial, but not Nurmi.

I personally believe defense asked these questions so Juan will object......it may be leading JA to make her answer so when he "re asked" a question she "know" how to answer it. ?????????

It's possible. I think Nurmi is asking all these questions because he's trying to save her from the needle, and since she most likely demanded to testify, he's trying desperately to get one juror to believe Jodi was justified in slaughtering Travis. And Nurmi is throwing in everything and the kitchen sink. All or nothing from his point of view, as long as he saves her from the needle.

Sorry to be posting so much, I'm just so incredibly nauseous and typing keeps me from vomiting.

How many of you would still talk to someone (anyone), after they accused you of pedophilia?

I mean, all the tire-slashing, email-hacking, girl-friend threatening aside; would pedophilia be the last straw?

I don't know how it would be taken, as I'm female...but, the only thing I could even think of coming close to this (as a woman and a mother) is being called a "bad mom"....THAT would be it for me, and I'm sure quite a few other mothers. There is something about calling mothers "bad" that is just really inexcusable. Other than that, I just can not think of anything even close to the "pedophilia" accusation. Anyone agree?

I can think of nothing worse to be accused of and after it's out there you would be looked at differently by some even if it wasn't true . I would be furious and no I would not continue any kind of relationship with the accuser

Sorry, but if JA had Travis' Gmail passwords, anything purported to be sent by Travis is in question.

Also, when forwarding an email, one can edit the text in the forwarded email any which way one wants.

If it's an email and JA has received, sent, read, forwarded, CCed, BCCed or in any way had a connection to it - I call it suspect - especially if it contains anything favorable to her (edit much, JA?).

Call me skeptical - because I am.

She gets extremely jealous and upset when Travis gave any attention to any other woman - so she puts it on Travis as being the one who has HER irrational feelings...
