I was not talking about a one time process, some people color their hair multiple times, ie bleach etc and depending on frequency hair can turn into feeling like a sponge and break, and disappear. Seen it first hand.

My SIL works in a beauty shop and does crazy (but pretty!) stuff to her hair. Usually involves bleach because she's naturally dark haired. It honestly looks horrible and feels even worse.

That's scary! I have a son that just turned 12.....luckily my brother has dated a few nut cases so I can usually tell. I won't have to deal with it for awhile.....he is still in the "I hate girls" phase right now.

The length of this letter Jodi sent is crazy....I wouldn't have even read it...I would have tossed it in the trash. All she is looking for is a reaction, I wouldn't have given her one.

I dated a well-respected doctor with several offices for many years. During our relationship and after here are a FEW things he did:

Bugged my home. He would watch until I left and sneak in and grab his little voice activated buggy thing and leave. I never could figure out how he knew everywhere I was going to be! I went on a date one night and boom! there was my ex! My date got mad at me and said I must have told him we were going to be there! I finally caught him sneaking in.

Put some kind of spyware on my computer and could see every key stroke, emails etc., found this out after we split. He was very tech savy and I wasn't and he had plenty of money to blow on this kind of crap.

Steal my garbage from in front of my house! Ewwww!

Say he was going out of town, call me (Scott Peterson style) but really he was in town watching me to see what I did!

Call my friends and try to trick them into saying something incriminating like oh she told me about such and such.

I finally had to move to a different city.

I could of sworn he said he couldn't hear the conversation b/c she went outside, while he was sitting on the witness stand.

I guess he went to visit her in jail because that tendon was cut during the murder.

Reading Jodi's letters and her talk about astral projection with Travis, clearly reflects that she was not only a woman who had new age interests, she believed they were DESTINED to be together.

Maybe she saw that old movie Saturday's Warrior. Maybe she believed in soulmates? I remember hearing about astral projection in the 1970's I did not know it made a comeback LOL!

OT! Don't worry, Rosemary, you're not alone in hating Windows 8! My boyfriend is a computer tech (aka nerd) and does Windows 8 trainings so he had it on his computer before it was released to learn it and whatnot and as soon as he had all the experience he needed to train customers he switched back to Windows 7. Not just interface problems but the whole system went haywire and would lockup and do funky things he never saw before Windows 8. Also many customers aren't digging it he reports! I hope you learn to like it though, but in the mean time you aren't alone

I had the Beta too, over a year ago, I hated the Beta but I do have Window's 8 and it is Window's7 with basically a shell that Window's 8 resides in apart from the Desktop.

I use to hate Window's, was a Linux geek for years and Manzana my nick is is from Apple, having worked on multiple platforms installing OS'es and working software related, I do finally have to give Window's their props

Back on topic, can Gus please just say YEEESS?
