I run the gamut of emotions with both of these people. Of course sadness someone is dead.

But anger at them both too.

I just want to scream to her get a hold of yourself move on and get some professional help with the emotions.. and him, well, lesson learned too late, don't involve someone in your life so deeply, trips, religion, work, a move to a new state, all these deep emotional speeches, and blogs and poems and you don't love her, you like the more upstanding Mormon girl. Even if women say "i know we are just friends" NO, no they don't.. many times what they say is not what they are feeling.

They shared way too much about their respective private lives, even if she did dupe him into a feeling of "its no big deal" we see other people and both are fine with it. woah.

And when a woman (or man) starts to act crazy, psycho, whatever your gut tells you, CUT them off. CUT them off 100%

She is "not" ok in the emotional department and he was a bit in la la land because of a physical relationship and this was the perfect storm.. a bad one.

Like I said before I had to put up newspaper on my windows and alumn foil ..no way to live ..He called me threatened me one night told me what I was wearing ect ..where I was in house ..long story short the cops could not find him when they responded to my call. He calls me after they left and said good try HE WAS HIDING IN NEIGHBORS YARD UNDER A PILE OF LEAVES ...

Back when I was in highschool I had a man calling my house and saying vile sexual things, told me what I wore that day, mentioned he saw me at work .. It was also happening to a school friend of mine. it went on a while before I told my parents. They called the police and the phone company was involved.

It turned out to be another girlfriends FATHER! The three of us were best friends and often slept over each others houses... Shiver.....

That long e-mail from Jodi to Travis, made me understand her more. (and him) If that makes any sense. It's the first writings of hers that sound from her heart. Which I did not think she had, but it did peek through there.

With enough support or good friends around both, some great girlfriend could have helped reign her in and re-direct her energy then. I don't know if it would have spared the next person

I agree, she would have got one if it was truley abuse, so many lies in this case, but after killing him in the way she did, no excuse IMO. Juan will make sure justice is served.
