It won't matter. I firmly believe that the tide has changed when it comes to the DP. Hence, peeps who acknowledge that she should not be out in the real world, will still fall all over themselves to "save" her. It's sickening. Sitting here thinking of something positive about no court today. Number 1 came to mind immediately. Nurmi has spent mind-numbing days leading up to his crescendo: THE SELF DEFENSE KILLING of Travis Alexander. He would have left the jury at that peak over a 4-day weekend.

Now, the jury has a 5-day weekend with the mind-freezing litany of minutae presented over an extremely long period.

Unless Nurmi decides to spread his direct over a couple of more brain-cell-killing days, his big finale will be followed the next day by Juan Martinez' cross examination.

I watch a reality show on Style Network. One of the cast members got engaged to Rip Somebody, founder or some real high up person in the Legal Shield organization. Is that the same as PPE? That's all I know about it.

How was Jodi paying for all these trips? Seems like during testimony of the relationship she was always looking for a job.

He was discussing Travis with Jodi. Travis was at an executive level. Gus should know better than to get involved with her because of her relationship with Travis. Unless, of course, he had a personal interest in Jodi. Most companies frown on upper level managers getting involved with employees ranked under them. Regardless of whether she worked directly under him or not, it was inappropriate. I'm surprised he has not been asked to resign. jmo

Just meant without saying very well, it won't matter how smart and great the questions most of WS'ers come up with to ask, they won't ask them. Their, mostly reporting, is looking for a way for her to NOT get the DP.

I don't think Jodi will admit to staging the robbery at her grandparents house. If you remember her testimony about asking her friend for a gun because she wanted to kill herself, thats how she will explain her having a gun. Her friend gave it to her...BUUUUUT then Juan will most likely call this friend and check his records for owning that type of gun....Also Juan will ask if you know your friend is suicidal why would you give them a gun at all....the response will be lots of crickets and silence. Juan will then ask well if your so suicidal why didn't you slit your throat? why didn't you stab yourself 29 times? why didn't you just go and buy a gun and shoot yourself? Ms. Arias did you buy a 9mm AFTER Travis Alexander was murdered? Ms. Arias your grandparents had guns in their home..why didn't you shoot yourself with the guns available? Why call a friend to borrow a gun? She is going to be standing there with her mouth WIIIDEE open. There is no getting around this right here. No amount big useless words will clear this up. One of the Carnival ships is floating in the Gulf for a few days. No power, no fresh water, no toilet facilities. Sailed out of Galveston. Had massive fire in engine room. Shut down all services.

Last I heard, they were trying to get tugs to it to take to Alabama.

I don't know why they can't sail another vessel with helicopters to airlift the passengers.
