My gmail account was hacked into and highjacked about a year ago, horrible experience, took me about 3 weeks to get it back. Anyway, I learned from that , that you can go to the bottom of the gmail page and it shows from where the account was last accessed from, the country and the IP address, date and time. In my case, the hacker was in another country, India if I remember correctly. I don't know why that would not apply to this case as well.

That's how ebay found out who hacked my account. They located the IP address.

Can you describe the smell? This takes me back to Casey Anthony's trial. Most people who came into contact with the car said it smelled..but then in Jose's closing he had mentioned that some officers didn't smell the car even though they stood right by it. Is it a smell thats just stink like onions or a fart? I'm sorry just trying to understand.

A cat died in one of our basement window wells. The minute I smelled it, I knew something was dead but it took a few days to find it. We thought a squirrel or rabbit got in the garage or house and died.

It is almost impossible to describe the smell, it's sort of a rotting smell but different. It's heavy and hangs in the air. It truly is the smell of death, I've never encountered anything like it.

No, that is not how it works. 'Belief' is not a tangible, provable thing. No one can prove what Nurmi feels one way or the other.

The fact of the matter is he is doing his job; if it wasn't him it would be someone else up there - that is the law.

There is one picture of TA where he looks like he's startled. It's a shower picture and it convinced me that he was not posing for her (that she was photographing him without his knowledge). I can't find it anywhere! Does anyone have a link to it???

I dont either. I think he thought she had already gone and was in the shower minding his own business until he saw her in the photo where he looks shocked after that photo he changes his demeanor.

And the main reason I do not believe it is it is coming out of JAs mouth who spews lies instead of truths. She is never going to admit she was once again spying on him and invading his private space.

What she says I believe the opposite...except when she made a slip in the Flores interrogation when she said Travis wouldnt have liked his photos taken in the shower. She answered before she could think of a lie to cover up the truth.

I believe Nurmi has been on the case from the beginning, there was another attorney, Victoria Washington (???) who quit after Arias wanted to represent herself, then changed her mind. Nurmi was there with Washington, so Wilmot has had to play catch up.

The light spots IMO are like "sun spots" or skin pigments. And then the red is from the hot shower. MOO

I thought that she cleaned herself up in the bathtub.

I believe there has been testimony about the bathroom having a shower and a tub. In the interrogation tape with the detective, when she describes the ninja attack, she says she was next to the bathtub when Travis was shot.

I used to live in the country and once a deer got hit and fell in the ditch where no one noticed. I don't know how long it was there but by the time I called the county I could smell it everywhere in the house (it was near our driveway) and wanted to puke.

I live in a large 7 bedroom house and don't think I will ever get beyond the roommates not noticing, I can tell you what someone is doing (music,tv on, water running, loud conversation) in their room upstairs when I'm downstairs in the opposite corner of the house. *sigh*

That is so puzzling to me, maybe it is just because its a house full of "guys". I also know where and what is happening in every square inch of this house (4 bdrm). For any of them to come home, walk through the kitchen, NO note left by Travis and some girl just starts to feed the dog, his office has his laptop, wallet and keys on his desk. Car is there.

I pulled this from the timeline thread. Nurmi got assigned just before he left the public defender's office and has tried to get off the case multiple times. If I counted right, Nurmi and Wilmott are #'s 6 & 7. JM has been on the case since day 1. I found this whole post very interesting. Trying to have the DP removed, wanting to represent herself, etc. :what:

Woah, are my conclusions here correct? Nurmi wanted out but was not allowed. Now he's being paid $225/hr. No wonder he's letting her blather on and on. No wonder he lets some of the gaping holes (um, I should find a better metaphor, nah) in her stories go by. He's doing a good job looking like he's making an effort, but I now suspect him of a little bit of intentional ineptitude?

I think she would have had to been more to the left and centered in order to get the small shadow that is cast of the left side of TA on the shower wall

Regarding the sex tape - I was taken off guard by this one particular caller's comment. On last night's NG show. She was very "candid" and believable - but better yet I think she was spot on the money!!!!

What she is doing to Travis now is not just slandering him, this is part of her rage killing, in my opinion, to completely obliterate everything that people value Travis for, which was his Mormon identity and everything tied up in that.

She knows what she`s doing. She knows that this is the worst possible thing that she could do to Travis besides kill him is afterwards paint him as a deviant.
