Look at what JA said for the time frame of the murder:

Sounds like JA was laying blame on TA for what happened to her [?going off course into cray cray land?] .. it wouldn't have happened had TA been with her [?if TA had chosen to be in a relationship with her?] ... as a result -- "fun, fun!" [?chop, chop, bang? OR ?bang, chop, chop?!!!]

yeah, but who's to know? i know about these rules, but i really believe they're ignored a lot. and i don't believe DA's don't know what really happened either----i think they HAVE to in order to mount a defense. and what's the harm in telling them the truth? it's their job to defend you no matter what, and you're bound not to tell anyone what they related to you.

Exactly. I have read thru many, many cases where the CA Bar actually prosecuted complaints (issued warnings, suspensions, disbarment). They NEVER prosecute on ethics complaints - only where it is proven that the lawyer stole the client's $$$ or the lawyer has been convicted of a crime (usually drunk driving lol).

outofstatelawyer - Are you saying that other states do a better job of keeping lawyers in check? I don't know anything about other states really.

Okay, are we even certain that the text exchanges between Travis and Jodi regarding her being the ultimate in bed...are actually between TA/JA and not Jodi / Jodi?

How hard is it to get on a guy's phone and text between yourself and then erase his texts on his end so that he never even knew it happened?

I would hope someone has verified ping records on these dates to proves that Jodi's phone was pinging in a completely different location than Travis's

Hes not going to get off of this case and he knows it. He filed motions to have himself removed and they were denied. The record of the denial is at the link below. I bet he pitched a real fit that day!!

IMO its much ado about nothing. There is no non-blurry version because it is his eye (seated photo 5:29:20). Expert posters explained in earlier threads that the photo is so small there is no way JA can possibly be seen.

I'd really like someone to ask Bryan Carr (sp?) if he's ever a guest on the trilogy of trial entertainment shows (JVM, NG, Dr.D) to ask him how fervently she's practicing and adhering to her Mormon faith. (Eye roll)

One of the many injustices this person has done outside of what she did, horrifically, to Travis, is what she's done to the Mormon faith. I don't agree with or understand everything about the LDS community or practices - then again some things I think are great ideas (frequent, scheduled, group meetings, activities and outings is something everyone could benefit from imv - a healthy, wholesome social connectivity - I wish I'd had something like that when I was in my late teens/twenties... would have saved me a lot of grief and possibly saved me from more than a few truly wrong-headed - read: dumb, stupid - mistakes ).

But whether one agrees or disagrees with a particular religious denomination, Mormonism in this case (or is LDS more appropriate?), it is - dare I say - sacrilegious - the way this religion is being scandalized and cherry-picked for ratings which is just WRONG.

It's just bloody WRONG.

Can anyone tell me one thing about JA that is likeable, positive, good, empathetic, honorable? Anything?

Hope the jury can't think of anything either...

Watching the total jail house interview and all I can say is I hope Juan Martinez plays this entire thing for the jury. They need to see her speak and her entire demeanor. And then answer to it all.

Does it include the clip of her explanation as to why she was smiling in her mugshot? If not, that should DEF be included as well IMO!!!!

I saw a post on facebook yesterday from Jodi's friend Donavan where she said that the Bryan guy was a media chaser and not one of Jodi's friends/boyfriends. He's seemed shady from the start. I havent listened to anything he's had to say. Just another goof ball wanting his 15 minutes of fame.

That is an excellent point. She actually doesn't even need his phone -- she just needs 2 phones. And then she would have to enter her second phone into her first phone's contact list as "Travis." Any text she sent herself from the second phone would say at the top it was coming from Travis. Man, I hope they checked that.

Wait a minute - I'm just now listening to the beginning of the "pseudo" phone sex recording and did I hear this right? -

Travis mentions 'some drunk chick falling on me' (paraphrasing), and I think he repeats it again, 'Remember? In Oklahoma City?' - and JA seems like she does NOT remember it at all.

I have to go find tawndilly's youtube page to double check this.

If I heard what I think I heard, that would be pretty damaging to her already damaged credibility. At the very least, she was giggling, with NO hint of jealousy or upset whatsoever.

THANK YOU!!! I had no idea where this came from, couldn't really glean that there was someone there, nothing. I guess with the "drawing" it was more believable, but I still halo idea where this was coming from.

I had an iPad so I can "enlarge" pictures and I did enlarge the photo of him (last one of him alive), but still didn't even see this shot.
