Just looks to me the first "thing" that caused him to go down did not cause any blood below the neck, as he is clean, but clearly down.

He said the shot was from a distance, so that would be what I thought, he kneels or bends, she fires a shot. He falls back. But is incapacitated not dead, now she will finish this and either dragged him out or he crawled, there is 2 minutes lapse, she discovers he is not dead.

Now she could have stabbed him in the neck first (he had so many wounds there) and that caused him to go down and that explains no blood on chest... then gunshot came later. Blood on the face could just be from turning him dragging him, it was dripping around the neck up area.

If he was incapacitated, how did he crawl out of the shower?

she followed him as he crawled, pulled himself up at the sink.. She stabbed him, spray of blood everywhere and pooled in the sink, he is down again, and crawling for help, she is following him stabbing him.

29 times till she got him back to the bathroom. One of the big stabs was where the massive thick pool of blood is at the carpet. He would be alive to dump that much blood there...

then I think the neck slice was in the shower for good measure.. You know, make extra sure and get out a bit more anger.. then go to Utah.

If she stabbed him in the heart and cut his throat because she realized he is not dead why wouldn't she just shoot him in the head again to kill him. She was trying to make it look like two killers two weapons.
Sounds like he could have fought back after the initial temporary loss of consciousness.
Shoot first to make sure he doesn't have the upper hand or stab because you are a psycho killer that wants to make him suffer.

IMO, the GSW to the head happened first. I think she panicked when he did not die immediately and got up. I re-listened to her interrogation with Flores when she described her "ninja" story and I think there were elements of truth in it.

I can see where it could have been one of the other wounds and in no way was I saying that it was happening at that time, he could have been moved from the spot where the wound happened by the time the picture was taken and depending on the position he was in when the wound was inflicted, a good amount of it (the blood) could have been on the front of him, however, there were pools in the hall, we don't know how much because some of it was probably on the tile and some of that appears to have been cleaned or somehow removed, possibly when TA was dragged down the hall but we can still see the pools on the carpeting. He bled a lot in that hall. So I'm inclined believe it was that horrifying neck wound that I accidentally viewed on another forum without warning We will never really know because the only person who could tell us is a lying, liar, who lies A LOT.

I believe the ME claimed it was from his neck wound. jmo

Why keep saying incapacitated? Maybe he staggered or lunged for her with only the head wound. The trajectory of the bullet is a perfect line from someone standing shooting a sitting target that 'flinched' away from a straight on shot.

I don't subscribe to the gunshot first theory. The blood in the bedroom was from the throat slash.

There was a large pool of thick dark blood at the beginning of the hallway into the bathroom, on the carpet. That is where the throat slashing happened.

I would have to respectfully disagree. He lost most of his blood volume on the carpet, which would indicate a severed artery and a still pumping heart.

Questions I have (havent seen every minute so to quote Nurmi "I'm a little confused...)

I have only noticed that JA mentioned her brother, sister and dad on the day/week they showed up for trial (Tues maybe). Did she save mentioning them until they were in the courtroom is that just, ahem, coincidence?

Where are JA's grandparents who owned the gun? Still alive and are they in court?

And Gus' comments on her calling him night of murder v. night of discovery...didn't someone say a few pages back that TA calendar showed a conference call (obviously missed) with Gus the night he was killed? I think Stephanie mentioned calendar and call. Hard to believe anything Gus says but really made me wonder if the call is true and he did nothing. Can he be charged with something now or after trial...kinda like Andrea Sneiderman?

On JA/Gus/motorhome..didn't JA testify that TA had planned a special dinner and she went instead with Gus to LV and saw some shows? If true, then I don't blame TA for being mad when calling her..how rude. It does make me think of the one person I know who lies constantly, usually when the truth sounds better..she was constantly blowing off plans if something better came up then making up wild lies trying to justify.

I know I have more questions but will wait for answers.

Thank you. I was wondering if all those checks Jody wrote out to Travis in January of 2008 were really car payments.. I really don't believe Travis borrowed money off of Jody for any reason.

Nor do I. If he had, why would Jodi be making car payments to him? they would just subtract what he "owed" her from her debt for the BMW, and if that had happened, you can bet she would have told Flores about it, since she offered him plenty of info about the BMW transaction.

ALSO! I just remembered, in her phonecalls to Flores after Travis was found Flores asks her if Travis was in trouble with anyone, or if he owed anyone money. She said the only money he owed anyone was to wealthy friends who made him a loan. Another lie I hope martinez points out.

She only came up with him borrowing money from her is because that fits the profiles of domestic abuse victims.

I'm not sure where you heard it was 3 days - Florida subpoena'd Casey Anthony's records far later than that. Three days may be what's available to the customer but a court could get them to go back much further than that.
