That same day, according to prosecutors, Alexander sent this text to Arias: "Why don't you have him come and f--k you in the woods, I can only imagine you are so worried about me reading. You are paranoid because you have no respect for people privacy and you dare insult me of all people. Someone you should through your actions you hate more than love by denying me a human right of privacy countless times. You have a lot of freaking nerve. We are all not like you in that aspect."

So, in the same day, it goes from sex tape to this? Did he discover that she had hacked his Facebook/email on that day?

So, in the same day, it goes from sex tape to this? Did he discover that she had hacked his Facebook/email on that day?

I was wondering the same thing. May 10th was a pretty busy day. Did they supposedly have the sex-tape phone call before or after the blogging and texting? How do we know that the tape was actually from May 10th?

Looks to me she accused him of doing what she'd done countless times - hacking and invading his privacy.

Someone has already put together a really detailed timeline. I'm not sure who??? It would be really great to add some of the testiphony dates to it; including dates she went on and places she travelled to etc...

Aww Thank you Bravo. I am still trying to navigate myself around the forum, I get lost alot, a whole lot. I don't know about you guys, but I am having withdrawals waiting for this trial to start back up lease:
As luck would have it I have to take my Dad to the Dr. tomorrow at 12:30, which is 10:30 Arizona time. Right smack at the very time court starts. I am going to record it though, so I won't miss anything.

What is he in prison for if you don't mind me asking (sorry if I've missed it). That sounds terrifying to me...the drawing of your house. Really just shame on his Mom for that level of enabling.

In all honesty, raping and drugging his 14 year old niece a few months after we'd separated. (Typical psychopathic abuser - according to him, it never would have happened had I stayed. )

He was in jail on a weapons charge after pulling a gun on me when I finally left. With him in jail my niece (step but she's still MINE ) felt safe enough to come forward. My silver lining is that because she did it finally forced the court to suspend visitation entirely with my kiddos and their 'father'. They'd refused to previously, despite my account of a decade of abuse, and a suicide attempt by him in front of my 12 year old step-daughter.

They literally do destroy everything and everyone around them. :sigh:

Unfortunately the state allowed my ex to plead guilty for a reduced sentence. He's due to be released in 3 years after an 8 year sentence which should have been 20. :furious:
