Haven't been able to read all of the posts to catch up, but, I seen the text message mentioned on the last thread too... that text message was actually sent on May 26th, not the 10th. I know minor4th had found it late last week when we were trying to figure out when it was sent. JA's testimony is all over the place and so hard to follow. I'm sure Nurmi will take her back to being a toddler tomorrow *sigh*

Dr. Drew's "partner" last week, a prosecutor, was detailing how for a self defense claim the "defense" has to match the attack or perceived attack.

How this defense can spin that 27 stab wounds, a gun shot wound and slashing his throat lines up to dropping a camera and fearing for one's life is gonna be really interesting.

More interesting though will be watching Juan Martinez deconstruct this nonsense.

After driving for hundreds of miles and many hours during the night to get to the Salt Lake City area, it makes little sense she would wait until almost there to dispose of the evidence. The only explanation that would come to mind is not wanting to set a bonfire at night which would be much more visible than during daylight hours. Aside from burning it, however, she could have disposed of it piecemeal as she drove from AZ to UT.

This guy lived with JA for 4 yrs. He loved her. He trusted her with his kid.

He can't resolve in his head the Jodi he knew with a vicious monstrous killer - that doesn't mean that he doesn't know that she did it.

I have a dear friend that I view almost like a sister. I know her history and its not pretty. She's bi-polar and functions perfectly fine when med compliant. Like many, when things are normal she stops her meds.
She caught her fiancé with another woman on the back of his motorcycle. He was driving on the opposite side if the highway. She was in her car. She drove right over the grass medium and began chasing him with her car. She endangered everyone on that highway and she was arrested. Multiple witnesses that were run off the road came forward. I posted bail and stood by her. She could have killed him, the girl and god knows how many others that day.

My point being... When you love someone it's really hard.

Hmmm..yeah. I find his behaviour surprising especially because he has a boy of his own. He should thank his lucky stars (that he escaped her wrath) and be supportive of the truth.

I believe it was the murder car, although she does tell him somewhere in there, she bought a gun, and he says "I'm sure we already found it" , which was a bluff at that point.

IIRC that is the guy she met on the online LDS site or something like that. I can't remember what it was actually called. But it sounded like an LDS dating type site.

He also told prosecutors he and JA "had previously had an 'enthusiastic' and 'aggressive' sex life. They had engaged in anal sex, Arias had taken nude photos of Brewer, and Arias had purchased breast implants in 2006".

Interesting about the nude photos of him wonder if the prosecution has come across any of them to compare with the one she testified TA sent to her via his cell phone?

I found it interesting that he says he only had anal sex once ... Maybe twice. I believe him. I would bet it was at her urging... And it wasn't his thing.
