Yet another "Travis-ty" to Travis' legacy, that according to Jodi, Travis' final words were "F***ing kill you, B*tch!" :furious:

Notice this woman has an issue using pronouns when she lies (typical of a liar). She can't quote him saying "I'll kill you, b*tch."

About the rope: "it was put in a dumpster." Not "I put it in...." She does this constantly, distancing herself from the mistruth/deception.

I know there was a bunch of talk earlier today about the pictures of Travis in the shower and some people thought that TA might have been forced into it by gunpoint or knife point by JA.. Can a few of you tell me what the object in the lower right hand corner of this photograph looks like to them? It sure looks like a gun to me. It is picture #19 of 150 on the site.

Listening to part of Jodi's murder testimony again. It is so bizarre how she talks about taking pictures, looking at them and immediately deleting them is something normal that everybody does. What a crock.

None of those shower pictures are even marginally decent except the last one of his face. There's no way she was actually trying to take good pictures of Travis for a photo shoot. This was obviously just a pretext for her to get ready to stab or shoot him.

I wonder when Jodi testified that after she dropped the camera that Travis was yelling at her and that he spit on her and then she added quickly as an afterthought, "maybe it was water, I don't know". Maybe it was neither. Maybe it was blood? Could she have dropped the camera deliberately and when he went to pick it up she stabbed him in the chest? She obviously appears to be covering her tracks by saying..."maybe it was water." jmo

I hear ya! I wish Kristen Wiig was still on SNL do do a parody of JA testifying. (nothing disrespectful about the victim.). She does the BEST "crazy."

Because at times I burst out laughing. One such moment: JM asking about kissing Ryan Burns after she just killed Travis and not knowing if TA was live.

I gasped out loud when I heard that. So callow, crass and unfeeling considering what she had just done. I really couldn't believe she said it. That was a suerbit€h moment.

And before they withdrew their objection, they withdrew as counsel -- and the hearing on their motion to withdraw was sealed, leading me to believe that her attorneys knew that Jodi intended to introduce forged letters and offer false testimony.

When Jodi proceeded without attorneys, I believe that she did try to introduce these forged letters, and perhaps the false testimony of Matt McCartney. She quickly realized she was in over her head -- and she wanted her attorneys back, but I'm sure it was with the understanding that they would not offer the forged and false testimony and evidence. The first thing they did when they were reinstated was to withdraw their opposition to the State's motion to exclude the forged letters.

The reason that Victoria W gave for withdrawing was that she had represented someone else involved in the case (maybe Matt LOL). And Nurmi didn't attempt to withdraw, so I don't think that was the reason.
