yes, i think travis was just the beginning. its all about power and control to her. killing gave her a new high. i can see her becoming a hit woman too.

I don't. she's was too messy at her crime scenes. Maybe a serial killer but it would be a short series because she isn't nearly as smart as she thinks she is.

I keep reading that he has said he would lie for her but dont know where that comes from - does anyone know? In his post at that other forum, he says he prefers to stay out of it as he has a new family and even praises JA for not asking him to be involved - yet now we know she not only expected him to be involved but ordered him around lol (messages in mag). Im wondering if:

- she has something on him
- he may feel differently about testifying now that he has a new family
- his friend that was also there when she spent the night with him can be called to confirm or refute part of his testimony (hair color, times, etc) and be the more credible of the two as he doesnt have a dog in the fight

There is something very wrong about this. There is no way she could have over powered Travis, taken his life slowly, and not received one scratch. Just defies all logic in my book.

If the gunshot came first, it is not unreasonable to believe that any attempt at self defense would have been feeble. His brain would have just received a heavy dose of kinetic energy, inducing a confused and dazed state. Barely enough awareness to deflect three or four blows and staggered to the sink to probably use as a support for standing. Falls to the ground and crawls down the hallway where Jodi would inflict that last and fatal wound.

Now if the stabbing came first, I'd expect a better defense. That clean bullet on dried blood is something that I still can't fit into the gunshot first sequence.

How reasonable is it that an abused woman, who'd just killed someone, a male someone, who she said threatened her life, is going to willingly put herself in a perceived dangerous situation involving only men, most of them likely strangers that would require her to bring a gun for safety? Willingly? For fun?

That email she sent him pretty much summed up the rage building over lack of acknowledging her. Its telling when ever she talks about things her general reply "I liked the attention " I can also bet the boys didntvinvite her on that gold digging trip

convenient lapse of memory for the cover up kill period
knife wounds that OJ could do but a little girl with no experience
body dragged ok but lifting into tiny shower
Travis was handled easily by a 120 pound girl
Travis wrestled and had a linebacker body
Gun wound was not fatal

Just too many loose ends. I need more IMO.

It was his text message dating to May 26th, two days before the gun theft of her residence, that stated, "You are the worst thing to ever happen to me". And Jodi proved him right.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but has anyone ever gone to a mall and ever seen phamplets about pedophilia? I'm supposing she got several since she said (I gave him another phamplet). I mean was there some sort of pedophlia kiosk?

The closest thing I've come to is fingerprinting your child and the risks of being kidnapped. But I've never seen a help-line for pedophilia.

I could be wrong, but I got the impression she was talking about the pamphlet being for getting help with mental health issues, but no specific issues mentioned. Help for depression, or whatever. I can believe that some place that offered help for free or for ability-to-pay rates might advertise at a shopping mall.

IMO this is a classic Jodi too-much-detail. And as somebody else here pointed out, what man would continue to see a woman who's accused him of pedophilia, even if it were true?! :waitasec:

I do think its possible she got all freaky with him and later used it, like the tape she made, to expose him to the church. I could see where this fits with "scamming".

You may be right but she has been proven to be there. She confessed to being there and doing it. The Jury would make the same decision [I think they will reject self defense] whether there was someone else there or not.

Ok guys and gals, I'm tearing myself away so I can clean the house, do the laundry, and make some freezer meals so I will be ready to give my full attention to you all and Mr. Juanderful next week. i'm knittig a large coat and I can't tell you how quickly it's going because of the trial.


Oh, and one more thing, if Dr. Drew or Nancy Grace got ahold of that Allanis Morriset a capella song on youtube you KNOW they would be playing it nonstop. It is just too much forshadowing to ignore. Thanks to whoever posted that.
