How Jodi Got the Gun from Travis' closet...


I just listened to and transcribed the portion about how JA got the gun – from Jodi Arias Trial Video – Day 20 – Part 1 – You Tube

Begins at approximately 013:53

"…so I ran into the closet and I slammed the door, and I intended to run thru the opposite end …of the door because it has another exit… and, as soon as I got in there and began to run I remembered where he kept the gun -- so I grabbed it – I jumped up on the shelf … he kept it on the very top. I grabbed it and then I run out the other door as he was opening the door, and he ran ….chasing me and I turned around and pointed it at him so he would stop chasing me…"

The other freakin 'exit' goes back to the bathroom, where the abusive maniac had jumped her and tried to KILL her. Why would she ' intend' to ESCAPE by running BACK to where she was attacked, and where she would be instantly trapped?

I thought that she went to the closet purposely to get the gun, and that actually made a tiny bit of sense. But actually she is saying she CHOSE to run into the closet, which has two doors, one right by the maniac abuser, INSTEAD OF GOING OUT THE ROOM AND TO SAFETY.

I could ALMOST accept her going to the closet if she could say she needed the weapon to help her escape. But she is saying she CHOSE the closet instead of freedom, BEFORE she remembered about the gun.

Oh Yea, SURE. That makes about as much sense as her saying she could 'hear' his footsteps coming down the hall. He was barefoot, wet, was shot in the head, and the hallway probably consists of about 4 steps ...:liar:

Has anyone done an enhancement on the photo showing Jodi's pants and foot to make it easier to see?

I haven't, and to me, that looks like her back and her arm. It looks like a picture of her stabbing him, not dragging him, to me. But I can't see a foot in that picture.

Beth Karas claimed she could see a foot in the picture in court, but I can't see it.

I just started to look at the case prior to her testimony...Wow! Those interview tapes of her are a wealth of information. She kept asking to see the photos. She wanted to make a mind file to have answers to questions. She doesn't do well w/o props. She needs to have paper, computer, pics in front of her to use to try and pull one over on you.

She was most vulnerable in the interview with the detective and went into fetal position. I thought this is it, she's gonna talk.... but it didn't happen. I still do not understnd the reason why interviewers use the word "Why" or why did you do it. That is Psych 102 stuff...never ask "Why". It gives them an out. You will usually get "I don't know" or "cause" (if children). The word "Why gets you no where if it is information you are truly seeking.

Do you mean easier to see the actual pic? There is a recreation of it by two peeps who posed and took a pic that makes it very easy to confirm the one of Jodi dragging poor Travis.
Do you want me to see if I can find it? I'm not sure that's what you mean.

I actually have never done that since I was in my adolescent years, and I have two siblings. Jodi Arias isn't an adolescent, at least not in biological years. Also, I'm not Jodi Arias, Thank God.

IIRC She had this ridiculous explanation for why she went into the closet. It had to do with the last time he tried to kill her in the bathroom and how she couldn't escape him by running straight down the hall. Maybe someone else remembers this, too. It made no sense to me either.

Particularly since she could have gone left and out the bedroom door and down the stairs instead right and into the closet.

It's all garbage, IMO.

When I look at the closeup of Travis's face, the last photo of him alive, I get a chill. The look on his face, to me, looks like someone who knows he is going to die. Is it possible she had the gun pointed at him at this point? Travis looks so sad or maybe it is a look of disbelief.

I still cant understand how some people feel that jm was not effective during his cross, which was one day met with lots of stalling and jodi's attempts to play dumb. so fa he has disproved her tavis broke my finger lie by showing her finger in may just normal and fine. we saw her diary the day that her finger was broke with perfect penmanship even tho she was supposed to be sporting a popsivle splint.

he disproved her baptismal rape story by showing she was an active and willing participant usuing her diary.

He took the legs out from under her travis was jerking off to boys pics lie. by proving that jodi was at work and travis was at his fellowship.

he showed that jodi conspired to tamper with a witness by sending out hidden codes/messages in a magazine. we now know tbis person is matt m and he was involved in the conspiracy to lie and paint travis as an abusive pedophile.

we know that jodi likes to confront others by her driving to her ex's new gf and poking in their business. a friend was so scared he gave jodi the wrong door # and warned the girl..big red flag.

We also see her true demeanor. she is not the scared passive abused shaking vi tim. she's arrogant, defiant and snappy..goes against her victim scam.

Plus more. These are big points showned by juan and its only day one. he told us about the crime and her actions in the CIC ofthe trial. the cross is to point out the obvious lies she told on direct. he is rebuilding travis to the jury and exposing the real jodi and tearing the legs off her "defense" you have to py attention to see the significance. this is only day one. why be so harsh? I think some of this is personal.

The recreation really helps. Even in the video I posted back just a few minutes ago, you can see the bottom of her track suit leg (the striping) and the zipper.

I don't know how this pic happened to be captured, but it gives me chills! It's a freakish occurrence.

I didn't remember that the girlfriend interviewed at the end of 48 Hrs Picture Perfect was in fact Deanna Reid.

I wish the clip was longer for more context as it was pretty lukewarm but it was interesting to see and hear her. She said he was always able to control his temper when they argued.

Still wonder why computer was in her name?
