I'm still trying to get an answer to this - watched the tape of DB, but still can't figure it out!!!
DB and Arias went to dinner together with a 48 HR guy. (according to DB's testimony on cross)
Arias would have already been jailed before 48 HR was interested in her.
When could this dinner have possibly taken place?

I got a " just because" tonight. A new laptop with windows 8. Now I have to learn what all has changed since window vista. It is soooo much nicer than my old laptop.

Now if I didn't have carpool to run just after Juan starts in on Jodi. Oh well, I can hope for a delay. It's not like it hasn't happened before.

Not sure which he had...mine you wore 24/7 bc it also did sleep efficiency. Proper sleep is important for weight loss too.

I think things did not exactly go according to plan for Jodi - maybe because the roommate came home in the afternoon; maybe because they fell asleep for longer than she planned, or maybe because Travis delayed taking his shower. I think she planned to be out of Travis' house much earlier and could have explained better to Ryan why she was late.

I always wondered why she didn't stab or shoot him when he had his back to her in the shower...

I have one question since the start of this trial and it is for any gun expert
on this site. I am left handed and have tried to figure how she was able to
to make that shot, Two things I know are(1) she had to either be above him
or (2) he was laying on the floor. Also she had to be to the right of his head
because facing him would be at the wrong angle. Maybe she did use the bench to stand on to fire the gun. Any suggestions would help solve this. Or maybe she used her right hand. Still puzzlings. As she would have had to be
behind him. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

What if she used the box in the closet to stand on for some of the shower shots

That would be equally hard for me as my DH hates this stuff and thinks it's totally a waste of time. I would be telling him how bad he needs some R & R and encouraging him to get some quality golf time in, not just 18 holes though, 36 holes are better because that would take him about 8 hours. :giggle:

Maybe JA left after the sexcapades. And returned without TA knowing. She could have been photographing him in the shower without him knowing until that one photo where he looks right into the camera. The look on his face looks to me to be a combination of surprise, fear, and WTH?

I believe she traveled to AZ with two plans. Plan A was to seduce TA into agreeing to take her to Cancun. But after the sex he said no. So she left seething, and returned for Plan B. She didn't watch him in his office without him knowing; she watched him in his shower without him knowing. Maybe Naps really did bark when she came back but TA didn't hear it because the shower was on.

Is there any evidence that she was there the entire time from the sex to the killing?
