Seriously! Juan either missed it or decided to prove he thought the whole thing was rubbish and felt it irrelevant to pursue. But I would have pointed out that linebackers do NOT tackle their objects with their faces turned sideways!!!

Also - I'm really disappointed that Juan didn't bust her completely on the fact she kept insisting that AFTER she shot him and they're both lying on the floor and he's yelling "F'ing kill you b****h". And she even makes a point to indicate she heard it clearly. -Juan missed a golden opportunity at this point.

HOW does someone utter a full audible phrase with a portion of his brain obliterated and a bullet lodged in his cheek- the same cheek required to form verbal sounds???

the busting happens in rebuttal... he is trying to lock her into her answers (which are more lies)

i'm glad to know i wasn't the only person to have that picture turned around. that's what i thought too.

since we now know she was standing on the carpet and his feet are pointing towards the bathroom, i have another idea. his arm's up because he's not quite dead yet and she's not dragging him at all.

I had that backwards too. So she is standing in the bedroom and thats where the camera is. I still cant picture how it got there. No way they were ever in the closet, not a thing was out of place. I'm confused.

Maybe he saw her there with the camera, opened the door to knock it out of her hand.....I don't think he knew that she was even there....

Why would he knock his own camera out of her hand?

I still have problems with the glass shower door.

Don't see how / why he opened the glass door for her as it is obvious that he at some point at the end was aware she was there?

That is why I keep wondering of she had the gun pulled on him at that point and he had no choice but to get out of the shower?

Further observation:

Juan made a fairly big point of pointing out in the first "inadvertent" shot the position of the CLOSED shower door.

So at the point the camera dropped we know the door is closed. And we also know that Travis *knows* she is there.

So how does he let her open the door?????

she washed the body, admitted yesterday to pouring water on the floor (re: box in closet) and otherwise manipulating the crime scene after the fact.

Just a comment about JA's performance yesterday at the end of cross when she was hiding under her hair and sobbing so = LIAR.

Watching the small live stream, I really couldn't tell if she was really crying, but watching it on a large screen at home last night, I could clearly see there were absolutely NO tears. If she had been crying as she was attempting to show, her face would have been dripping wet, but her face was clearly dry. I don't think crying is in JA's nature and she wouldn't cry, especially in front of an audience, because her makeup would have run and she would not have let her make up run or wear off with out knowing Mr. DeMille was there ready to give her an new application.

That's throwing me off. Anyone have an explanation?

If you look closely, you can see the threshold that separates the carpet from the tile. The tile and tile grout can be seen and is somewhat reflective. It appears to me that she is dragging him towards the bathroom, not away. She is up by his head. What occurred to me last night was that she had to roll him onto the towel somehow in order to drag him. Otherwise how would the towel or sheet or whatever she used get underneath him. Diabolical IMO

Ok she did it I agree but why the long method of seduction, camera pics, struggle and death? Why not just do the job and get out? If this was so well planned in advance then why summit yourself to a struggle to eventually offer the fatal blow. This part I am struggling with. You don't bring a gun thinking just in case I might need it. You bring a gun to use it and get it over with.

This post is from pretty far back but I really wanted to address it with MO

I personally think it was the plan to get in, do it, get out - which is why she had intended to be at ryan's by the next day for her alibi, but underestimated her capabilities. She was too tired...

From her testimony she was up all day, then all night before her trip (24 hours) then all day again only sleeping a few hours at MM's, up early again and driving all day long until 4 am when she got to Travis' - Murder and coverup takes some energy and when she got there according to her she was too tired to respond to his advances. When she woke up the next morning, she couldve done it then (assuming she woke first like she said) but im thinking the nymphomaniac had an itch, so the 'plan' had to be altered again.

Now he's wide awake so she had to get him in a vulnerable position to do it - more waiting.

I loved how yesterday Arias tried to say he body slammed her with one foot in the shower and one foot out of the shower.

Also loved how she said she had the "wind knocked out of her" and then said.. well maybe only a little of the wind was knocked out of her.. You know, it takes more time to recover from getting the wind knocked out of you then entire murder sequence that she visited on Travis.

Has the actual crime been created someplace around here? Im still truing to liece the working theory together. Was he shaving at the sink when she first stabbed him? Did she stab him in the shower first? What are the actual sequence of events concerning the actual murder.

i know. we talked about this a little bit yesterday. i don't know if during his mad scramble to get away from her and her chasing and stabbing him, it got kicked down the hall and ended up there?

one thing i do think is when she deleted those particular pictures, she didn't know what they were of. they had to do a lot to enhance those photos just so we could see what the subject was, i believe----lucky for us!!!! but i'm not sure she knew what they were at all.

it's very diabolical to me to think of him lying there dead, and her going through those photos and deleting them. she's something else.

One of our smart websleuths pointed out that the drop of blood in the background of the dragging photo was the drop found on the shower. This came up on cross and JA said yes, it was the shower.

That changes my whole perception of where these events took place-- I never could understand how he could raise his own head with his neck cut all the way to the spine. That photo looks to me like she is dragging him with his left arm and he is on his back, holding his own head up. The copious blood flow could be from the horrific deep neck/head wounds. Had he already had his throat cut, his muscles would be severed, right?

If he is still alive and she is photographed dragging him away from the shower, maybe she had just picked up his arm and was swinging him around so she could stuff him in the shower and continue on with her perfect plan.

She ran out of time for her whole plan to go the way she visualized it over and over and over as she was driving.
