Yes, especially if it is on wet tile and she has towels/bathmats to use to help things alone.
Check out the pic next in line after the leg/sock foot/dragging pic - the one with a bloody object that on Thursday JM asked JA if that was "the body." She answered yes without even looking, showing her deep familiarity with all these photographs after creating a story to match the forensic evidence and years to do it.
If that object is Travis' body, then it has some kind of a fabric on top of it - you can see the edge lifted. Someone speculated it might be a blood-soaked towel.
I am single and haul heavy stuff around using blankets, rugs and towels all the time. It works beautifully on hardwood floors and to some degree even on carpet if you use sheets. Hope this helps.
I just posted that second photo, zoomed in twice - along with the 'foot/sock' photo, also zoomed, for comparison (see post #541).
I don't see any evidence of a sheet, blanket, etc., myself...

Also, the only place JA dragged Travis was on the tile covering the bathroom floor and the hallway between the bathroom and bedroom.
I have that *exact* same tile, same size, color, finish, everything. It is UBER-slippery when even a little water is spilled on it. You have to be careful. Added to that, blood is FAR more slippery than water...
it would be easy for JA to drag Travis around on that tile, especially if covered (entirely on some tiles - which would spread as she dragged) with blood and/or water. And if Travis was still bleeding, that would be an additional source of blood making it even easier to slide his body anywhere on that tile.
