Watching Dateline. It is really amazing how much Jodi has aged since she's been in jail.

Okay, I'm going to admit that for the life of me I cannot see that there is Travis's foot in the dragging picture.

I see a blood stain/pool that looks like the outline of a foot. It is coming out right below TA's shoulder.

The scale looks too far off to be his foot, it's the size of Jodi's big toe.

I'd love to see the recreation picture because I'm just not getting what others are seeing.

I agree. I've always seen the 'foot' as pooling blood. In one of the autopsy pics I saw his foot and it appeared that he had short-ish toes and a thick foot. Not the long slender toes and foot of what is being called the 'foot' in the picture.

His feet are far away. Almost out of focus. They are there though.

I am listening to yesterday's testimony...

I would love for the jury to take a field trip to see this bathroom... it would truly give them an idea how fantastical her story is

The house is still Bank Owned.. they could do it!

Still reading but butting in to say:

Thank you for your reports on the threads! I work during the day and can't watch. Then I come home at night and still can't watch because I cannot stand to see her face or hear her voice. Vile!

I've seen lots of comments about her mother and aunt and how they should be behaving. While I agree that court room decorum should be observed, I wonder if maybe they can't stand her either? Imagine raising her and being stuck with her in your life! Maybe they can't stand her and that's why they smile and laugh all the way through. Maybe they see the DP as a blessing. Just a thought. :D

Hi! We feel your pain. We can't stand her voice or face either. I was glad JM finished up Thursday. Now I don't have to watch until rebuttal. :). I have been consumed by this from the beginning of trial. She is evil. I don't think any of us can figure out her mother. She smiles and giggles at all the wrong times. And our court observers don't see Jodi ever looking at her mother. I posted one day that as her mother I might feel obligated to be there but I would ask for a private viewing room because I would be so ashamed of her.

I thought the same thing, when I saw that 48 Hours interview. She really looked like a young girl then. Guess jail will do that to you!

I tried so many times to figure that one out. Looked at different times, different sizes, and all I ever saw was a blob. I'm glad Juan knew.

I always thought that was bleeding Travis in that photo - but it was kind of pointed out during the State's case in chief. I can't remember which witness though. One of the LE witnesses or the ME.

Her Mother tried to sell copies of forged letters that are banned from the trial to the National Enquirer.
Someone in her family is selling drawings supposedly by Arias on E-Bay.
I'll let you draw your own conclusions. lol

(1). I listened to the HLN clip of Nurmi and didn't hear "stick with it," (2) If he did say that, we don't know the context, he could have been saying, " stick with it, I know it's hard but you knew you would be confronted by the pictures at some point," or whatever, and (3) I think people are getting too cavalier about throwing around accusations of ethical violations by Nurmi. He is a public defender. He did not ask for this case but was assigned to it. Most public defenders are overloaded and underpaid but believe fiercely in the need for a defense to prevent individuals from being railroaded by the state.

What I heard him say was "take a minute" like to compose herself, the jury was gone.

O/T (sort of)....but my amazing daughter just got home and said some of her classmates were talking about this case today....she is 13...(I do not let her near any details but she knows the basics).

Anyways she asked some tough questions which I answered as appropriately as I could...but then she stumped me: she asked "mom, what about Jessica. And Dylan. And those two girls? Are you still checking up on them? And what about that weird ghost case?"

Wow. Shes right. Ive let this case dominate my attention. Anybody else feel guilty? Or can you all keep up with everything? TIA.

I am so far behind in these threads, so I hope this isn't something that's already been discussed.

If I heard correctly in yesterday's testimony, she dragged him TWICE!! The picture with her foot shows her dragging him towards the bedroom (to the spot where all the blood was on the carpet). Juan asked her about the orientation of the picture and he pointed to Travis's foot and asked if that was in the direction of the bathroom and she answered yes. That means that she dragged him both ways down that hallway.

MOO

I believe he is still alive in that photo. His head could not be in that position unless she was dragging him by the hair, I tried with dead weight DH and it doesn't work. If she is dragging him by the hair (dead weight and 180 lbs) there would be hair everywhere that forensics never recovered. He is still alive in the first one, then she grabs the towel she bleached to drag him to the shower in the second.

IMO

LOL, indeed. Do we know if she's sharing that money with Jodi? Maybe she's just recouping her losses, lmao.
