Back to the closet scenario...I already discussed how the shelf would have tipped had she stepped on the edge of it but also, Travis was supposedly shot and then chased her into the closet. Where was the blood in the closet? Neat and tidy closet. No blood, meticulous shelves. Hopefully Juan will go step by step through all of this in his closing.

According to JA she shot TA after they had run through the closet and were back in the bathroom.

I agree with your theory, but maybe the gun did come first and TA was forced to pose.

What is this silver thing in the photo at 5:28? Looks like a barrel of a 25 caliber.

Lots of crime scene photos were screen captures from us when were shown in court, many have a pen/pointer in them from the person who was showing them on the monitor. :moo: that's what that is.

It was Summer in Mesa. At least 100º probably closer to 105º. In the photos, Jodi was dressed in heavy denim jeans and thick socks. I've not seen any photos with what she was wearing on top. The jeans in the photo seem awfully baggy, too. She would not have been dressed that way 1) right after sex and taking consensual photos and 2) unless she returned after he thought she left and she did not want to be recognized in the neighborhood.

One of my favorite parts was when JM hammered her on why she didn't just run out of the room instead of into the bathroom from the closet door while Travis was in the closet going after her. None of that made one bit of sense.

Yeah and the way she tells the story, she doesn't go in to fight or flight, she goes in to fight and flight and back to flight again and then more fight and then fleeing. Then lying.

You just gave me a thought. Would Jodi be FLIRTINGLY taking pictures and him nekkid doing Calvin Klein shots dressed in black sock (over shoes possibly) and having jogging pants on? I THINK NOT! I had never thought of this before.... and supports the theory that many here have that he was NOT aware at first that she was taking photos! Thanks for the brain tickler on that one!

Yeah, minor4th and Plumeria5, good catch. We all know how little a shot to the head would bleed, don't we?? <choke> <gag> <lie> I guess that's one itty-bitty detail our little JA didn't give much thought, huh??!! Sock prints -- okay, that fits; no blood drops from that poor man -- not too good...

JA may have made a couple more fumbles, methinks.... Our Juander Man may list a few in this closing perhaps. I can't wait!!!

Lizard, that is due to "wicking" up the cardboard. If you have a flooded area with just 1/8" of water, it can wick up like that. That diesn't imply the water was that deep in the least on that bloody box in the linen closet :moo:

Agree on the wicking, but the height of it shows the box was sitting in a reasonable amount of standing water, much more than should be present on a bathroom floor after a shower.

Some of Travis' friends have a theory that the gun and other special items she disposed of are at some significant mile marker along her desert drive. A number that means something to her, to her and Travis..something like that.

I don't know much about mile marker numbers, but...

Yep, especially since she was REALLY specific that she didn't run to the gun, and only thought of getting the gun when she was in the closet! I just posted that stuff in the last thread of the transcription so is fresh as to recall , I think lol!

I absolutely doubt her story of having sex on his desk in his office because if you look at the crime scene photos there is nothing disturbed on the desk and nothing has been pushed aside or out of the way to allow enough room for what she said happened. It also appears that TA's computer or laptop may have been removed from the desk before the pictures were taken which would mean there was even less room on the desk at the time of the supposed sex act.

I think she went there to murder TA and get revenge because he was cutting her out of his life completely.. If you read TA's blog post for May 18th it is quite clear that he had a serious change of heart about what he wants out of life and what type of person he was trying to be and was going back to honoring the teachings of his religion. It was clear to me after reading it that there was no place or desire to have JA in his life any longer even over the phone. IIRC remember that is around the time that JA sent him that rambling email about realizing that they shouldn't be together (another lie) and was all sweet and understanding about it. It was the one where she started out upset that TA had not given JA credit for her supposed work on his blog/book like he did with another girl. I think JA did something shortly after that to get back at TA which is evident in their texts on May 26th. He was definitely very upset with her and told her she sociopath and other things.

Great post and very feasible. I really don't buy that he was expecting her, or that he was happy to have sex with her when she showed up.

As to the shower shots...the lighting in the photos to me tells more. The light is good for the posed ones and dim for the others which looks to prove that he didn't know she was taking them. She took them without the flash which would alert him to her being there and the noise of the water kept him from hearing the shutter.

I have looked at the shower sequence pictures a lot. The only ones I think were posed are the last 2....Travis with that look, and the weird sitting one afterwards. I don't think he knew she was taking pictures til the end.

Can anyone tell me where I can watch testimony from previous days that I missed? Thx
