The bleach was for more than the blood, it was to eliminate DNA....her bleeding DNA. Otherwise why would she care if his clothes and a towel were lying bloody in his bathroom?

Exactly. Before she bandaged her fingers, most likely she used something in the bathroom to stop the bleeding.....therefore her blood would be on whatever it was. Likewise with anything she touched she would attempt to clean up. She missed a nice hand print and hairs, however, and fortunately.....

I agree she was talking about 2 different photo shoots to the detective on the tape but the prosecuter was trying to say that she had to talk TA into shaving the day of the murder and that was not what was said on tape. She said she talked him into shaving (because he uses an old style razor ect.) took those pics and he put them on the blog.

I believe he was saying that while Travis was shaving that day, JA was trying to talk him into the photo shoot...because she tried to say that Travis did not shave then which Juan clearly showed he had.

I would agree with you, but there's one other photo in the shower sequence where he's looking right at the camera. He looks startled in the shot. I think that's when he actually realized she was there. I wish I could post it, but I don't have it as an individual photo.
Me too

That's more carp - that she held that gun in two hands. I just tried, and I can't hold my pack of cigs in two hands, and my hands are not nearly as large as her ugly mitts (crooked finger and all).

By the way, my daughter is double jointed and she can make her finger look like Arias' - she showed me today.

Is there a kickback from this gun? Could Jodi have lost her balance if she fired it at him?

And herein lies my reason for not liking Nurmi....well my main reason. Just....wow.

For a couple of decades I was a paralegal and wrote many legal pleading first drafts for attorneys. As you all probably know, they don't do a lot of their work themselves. I can tell you right now that this is a sloppy, thrown together document which was not even proofread by a professional. He actually calls her "Jodi" in a couple of paragraphs-- a glaring error in terms of legalese. She was Ms. Arias on other pages.

This means it was very rushed and why would that be?

There's only one reason and that is that the DT or the accused is panicking. We all speculate how we think things are going. This plea offer is a 🤬🤬🤬🤬-like demonstration of what a vicious non-repentant murderer does when cornered. Lash out savagely.

I'm delighted they don't things are going well and I hope the jury has a chance to see the plea offer (although I doubt they will see it).

could the photos have been taken from the closet into the bathroom using the zoom lens that she speaks of??

I agree the left-overs were not choice. However just reading about the trial should not have biased a smart, fair, potential juror to the degree they could not render a fair verdict.
I don't think just hearing about it or reading about it should disqualify a juror who states they can still judge fairly.
(Besides JFord or course - lol)

Now to me he is saying " oh no you didn't" like this fight is on, i just feel like he was not a scared man but was ready to fight it out with her... I do believe at this moment whatever weapon of choice she was using he saw it!

raised four boys had four brothers and I have seen that look plenty when they have been wronged... Jmo though... Oh and I have warned my single boys of these types!!!

Love being able to talk about this my peeps think I'm a little obsessed about it... But its disturbing to me in so many levels!

The thing that bothers me in this pic is not only the look on his face but the red marks around his neck. Dont know all that TA went thru but I am certain it was h*ll.

So the Costco water freshin' up in the desert is another lie? I'm such a dope:waitasec:
Any water sitting in the trunk of 100 plus degree car, is going to be extremely hot!!! You wouldn't want to drink it, or wash with it, besides where did she have room for it in the trunk in addition to the gas cans and her luggage???
It wasn't a large size car, IIRC.

Yes there are pix of the sheets in the dryer, as well as the clothing and camera in the washer. Sorry, I don't have a link for you.

No I mean on the bed. I don't recall seeing any pics that show sheets on the bed. Just the comforter.

In other words, how do we know his bed was even made that day?

I'm only obsessing over this because people think the washed sheets are proof they had sex.

And, the more I think about it--I don't think he had sex with her that day.

Why didn't they shower together?

Rewatching the CNN show, sex. lies and videotape. 9-10pm EST on now. Covering the Arias trial. Good.

jmo and it may not be popular... The OJ jury simply didn't do their job. You cannot choose a foreperson and review 8+ months worth of evidence in 4 hrs.

sequestered for over a year as well. That surely played a big factor too.

That wouldn't be too hot to bathe with, hot tubs run about 120. But yeah, I want a demo of the trunk packing too. imo

I guess it depends on the area. A friend just moved here from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and she said Florida was all very liberal. As for Casey's jury, they were just lazy and didn't try to do their jobs.

What about the OJ jury? IMO, They had no common sense.

OJ's jury and Casey's jury had a lot in common. They were composed of people who got through life based on emotion. Just my opinion...but when you have a group with that mindset, there will be times when the testimony goes over their heads and they have no idea what "Reasonable Doubt" is. I contend that many don't, even though they say they do. They confuse it with "Beyond a Shadow of a Doubt" and think if the have a doubt, therefore it is reasonable nd they acquit.

That jury of OJ's was located in downtown LA. The SA did not want to have the trial there as they knew what the outcome would be. The trial should have been held in Santa Monica where the crime was.

I was referring to San Mateo County when I spoke of the jury composition in CA. I should have been more clear. Santa Clara County and San Mateo County are tough on crime despite being very liberal. IMO, this is due to the composition of the jurors. Certainly, not all counties in the State share the same attitude towards crime and punishment...and LA is one of them.

Sorry for misleading you into thinking I was referring to all of California.

Thanks so much for posting that. I had heard part of that text quoted before, of course, but what is it all about? What specifically did Jodi do that Travis is calling her out on? Sorry to ask something that is probably obvious.

BBM We don't know - at least I don't! It's a big key to her motivation and I wish I knew! :please:
