Yea... I mean, I don't think they had anything to do with it, or anything. I just always wondered how someone with a roommate and lots of friends sits dead in his shower for 5 days. When was that trip to Cancun was supposed to happen?

OK, this is just something else that I thought of, randomly... It probably has already been discussed, but how weird is it that Jodi picked Hinckley and Reagan as two baby names that Travis' liked? Of course, we don't know if that conversation ever took place, but seriously. What a coincidence that she picked the names of an attempted assassin and his victim.

CANCUN was the 10th of June ??

I believe so - but I don't know. I took them from screenshots from the trial, but I'm not sure which ones Jody read aloud and which ones were skipped over.

Travis sounds like he would have fit right in with us here, doesn't he? I'm not sure what he's referring to in a few places but I sort of have an idea.

I don't recall these *specifically* being read in open court... I think I would have remembered that. Now I'm concerned. Maybe they will come in during closing arguments... or - ?

I'm too tired to go review trial footage right now...

They're pretty cryptic, aren't they? I think the part about telling everyone (the freemans, her family, etc. had to do with her stalking behaviour), and I think the part about the mystery man writing something may have been the "John Doe" letter... but those are just guesses.

Travis was about to ruin everything JA thought she had (when in reality, everything she 'had' was Travis' - his friends, his social circle, his colleagues, his faith community, his house, etc.) When Travis cuts her off, she loses everything but her small room in Yreka.

Those last texts sent 2 days before the .25 was stolen...

I wonder why JM didn't bring these texts up? They are crucial in my opinion.

Many years ago a friend of mine killed himself in the shed. His roommates didn't find it suspicious. He was found on the fourth day. I guess most people live in their own world. We ought to be more concerned about our neighbours and people we come across. Takes so little effort to do that and what a difference it would make. I LOVE the story about Travis giving that homeless woman on the street food from Wendys. What a guy...

I'm so sorry...

And I agree with you on taking time to be kind - especially when you don't have to and get nothing in return or 'reward'. Kindness and caring can create miracles...

Several times in testimony, Jodi has said she is practicing her religion while incarcerated. Does she honestly believe she would ever be allowed into the Temple again? Had she ever been allowed into the Temple?

You know his one haunting shower pic I can almost hear him say ..For cryin out loud Jodi gimmie a break ..Can I please just take my shower in Peace...

I think he's saying....for crying out loud Jodi put the gun down.

Lastly what was up with the email 3 days after she killed him?
I
I am coming to stay in your comfy bed while you are in CANCUN ....
Huh? Didn't she have a job ? She was gonna drive another 1000+ miles?

And she did! For the memorial who does that???

What a joke. She doesn't have a shred of remorse. Has no idea what religion is about. It's like KC who wrote about the Bible and 'daddy' during her time behind bars. She hasn't mentioned anything about God since she got out.

I'm convinced JA would send Satan himself running and screaming.

I had to laugh when Jodi said she held the weapon with both hands. Sure you did, Jodi. Give everyone the impression that you are like an FBI agent and know how to use the weapon. It was as small as a cap gun...lol.

I think when she was describing the ninja story, some of it was true....like rummaging through her purse. That was her, getting the gun from her purse. I have to listen to that tape again.

She plans to overtake him assume the throne. IMO

She has a huge sense of entitlement and no boundaries. She is, for sure, a Borderline.

I also wonder what the book he was about to publish was about? Did it mention how he got trapped into a relationship that made him betray his own religion? I hope after the trial the family has the book published so one of Travis dreams can come true.

As much as I would love to know, and would buy the book, maybe his last thoughts should be kept private.

If anything about her is in there maybe they should just let sleeping dogs lie. So to speak.
Not give her the satisfaction.

Maybe she was planning to 'discover' him since it was taking so long to happen?

Those texts, where Travis called her a sociopath, were talked about on direct. Maybe that's why JM didn't bring it back up. I don't know, but I am sure he has his reasons. I think the defense thought it would show that TA was verbally abusive or something.

Arias also described a barrage of threatening text messages sent by Alexander in which he told her he would exact "revenge" on her soon and called her a "sociopath."

I distinctly remember JA stated earlier on that she used the stool in the closet to reach the gun. I remember that!! So why did Juan let her get away with saying she put her foot on the shelf to get the gun. He's way to clever to let this pass. Something's up here.

P.S. Almost every word in those texts was found in scattered screenshots in our own media thread. I just put them together. :) There are more texts and things over there... It's a little hard to search, but it's well worth it.

A couple of news sites/image searches helped fill them out, but not by much. WS has the best research/media material!
