Reasonable doubt? Absolutely.
So....I keep remembering (and then forgetting) that the jury gets to submit questions. Anyone know if anything is in the basket yet?? Those questions will be SO telling!! **anxious**

"Occam's razor (also written as Ockham's razor, Latin lex parsimoniae) is a principle of parsimony, economy, or succinctness used in logic and problem-solving. It states that among competing hypotheses, the one that makes the fewest assumptions should be selected." Wikipedia
I think Occam's Razor needs to be applied to this gun situation... MOO
Unfortunately, I think the killer/defendant is doing pretty good on the stand. She's working the emotional aspect going for 2nd degree, imo. I don't see Juan fazing her that much.
,
It will be interesting to hear from JM, if , he gives interviews after the trial.
She's a hard nut to crack. same demeanor and stamina that she showed during her interview with Detective Flores.
Wonder if she killed in the same unemotional methodical way ?

That has not been proven.
Someone said earlier that some of the pictures of TA's wounds might be used this afternoon... I'm sure DT will not want them used. *too bad*
I dont know if this is why they are at the bench but it's a possibility.
Whatever it is Juan is trying to get in...there's a battle royal to keep it out. :giggle:

I know...that's why I said it. It's ridiculous to think he only had the bullets in the gun. Ya gotta buy the box. And a .25? No way would that be his first choice in firearm.
