Earlier today when the threads were aflyin', someone mentioned Jodi making a gesture similar to dragging fingers across your throat. Does anyone remember that or know what I am talking about? I would love to see that on youtube.

At one point I saw her move her hand up to wipe a tear that had run under her chin. I think she kind of made that motion with her pointer finger out instead of with her whole hand.

Absolutely not. I am a female and never would I just pull over wherever jn a truck and sleep. I would be very scared. But this is the invincible Jodi, so who knows with her.

I would also would not go panning for gold with 5 men after I just killed a man in self defence.

I missed that whole panning for gold stuff.
I doubt anyone that knew her for more than a day

One thing I keep thinking about is the fact that people really feel disrespected when you act like you don't think their time is valuable.

I know the jury has an important job here and I'm sure they know it, but not all of them are going to love being there. Even if they want justice for Travis, they still have their own lives to get back to. What about families? Jobs? Every day they are sitting there listening to the killer wasting time talking in circles and playing these word games, it's another day these people of the jury are away from their jobs, kids...etc.... so what do they do afterwards? Do they have to work at night to make up hours or make sure things get done? This is affecting their lives too and she just doesn't care. When I see that, I really wonder how many of the people in the jury take it personally because as much as I would want to make sure justice is served, I'd be so pissed off sitting there thinking that she of all people is wasting time I could be spending with my kids.

One thing about JM, he is a great prosecutor, but he really should have a junior with him so someone can see all the nonsense that is going on in the courtroom. He is so focused, but he doesn't have eyes on the back of his head and see everything. Like last week he turned his head and Jodi read the last page of her diary unbeknown to him.

The prosecution will win this case if he goes into the excrutiating, morbid details of each of her knive thrusts, the neck slashing and the "Screw You Travis" gunshot to his head

Arias has to think and talk about this, as uncomfortable it may be, but this is crucial

Everyone wants to see this woman's Dark Side in real life

I don't care what anyone says, I'm still waiting for a tazer mishap

If she doesn't explode, I'm REAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLY hoping there's a small malfunction. Someone posted an article on here before that when a defendant's tazer accidentally went off he fell to the floor and immediately wet his pants! Since JA seems to care so much about her reputation she'd completely flip her lid if the world saw that!!
