The appellate attorneys I know wouldn't see much point, as a rule. If something doesn't end up in the official trial transcript it "didn't happen" for purposes of appeals. (I'm sure there's some exception where video proved the official transcript was in error, but basically...)
TY. I guess I'm thinking about fame hungry attorneys who might want to swoop in and represent her in that process, should it come to that (god willing.. even though I'm an atheist). It seems so likely there will be a conviction, maybe an appellate attorney is following along at home or work with an interest and will jump at the chance to get involved down the road.
