iirc no one but the sheriff or deputy can give her anything to eat, for anyone else it's a class 2 felony.

I am not able to read lips but it looked to me like she said "come on b#tch" as a means of encouraging herself! Sometimes, she also does this thing that looks like she's suckling her own tongue (like babies while suckling). I'm sure it's a self-comforting thing because she does it when "under stress". She does it on the media interviews too.

I guarantee that she would have an equally effective response to a female prosecutor as well. Psychopaths always do. Unless the suggestion is to bring in a frail, kind, soft-spoken, pushover prosecutor who allows JA to dictate how questioning goes. The truth is she was not abused, she is not a victim, and in the end it will be more effective when a strong, professional man is the one who puts the nail in her coffin.

Yes, they take a lunch break. She is claiming that she doesn't get anything. Apparently the Sherriff in Maricopa county feeds inmates twice per day. She has never complained about it until today. After her attorney whispered to her. Probably about what was coming up

Had to take a break to cook mr. dood's din-din, but wanted to weigh in on JA's "miracle migraine." BS BS BS. Like some other WSers, I get real migraines and they completely wipe you out. JA's sudden attack of the vapors was a "this-JM-guy-is-giving-me-a-pain-in-the-azz-help-me-Nurmi" quasi-headache to get her out of the line of fire and give the defense time to regroup. Too much heat; get her outta da kitchen! They couldn't be more obvious.

I get migraines too. Hubby laughed when I told him about Jodi's. He said she probably got it from thinking too hard coming up with her lies! That takes alot of mental energy!!

I think she knew it was Mimi before she even left Yreka. She obviously knew he was going with someone else. Why wouldn't she have known who he was going with? She's trying to make it like they were friends and they communicated about stuff and that she was "cool" with everything and yet we're supposed to believe that as "cool" friends, she didn't ask or he didn't tell who he was going with? Not very believable to me.
