OK.......I am looking and reconsidering this photo.

In the upper 1/5th of it.........there is "see through" on left right? Not sure if this is posting as a photo..........but this photo is not one I had seen this fully before. If not for the fore ground, the left top 1/5th looks like neck.......but the relationship to the floorboards and what may be right arm is offf....arm/shoulder too big. Thought before was shoe, now do not have any idea just guessing. Jeez.......wish that Juan had an expert to tell us!

Now, looking at it. It looks like the divider that lines either my sliding door to my closet, or the divider to my showers metal thingy.......in other words, I don't think it is the board on the wall to floor vertical....it is ON THE FLOOR horizontal. Does that make sense? therefore, all my trying to judge sizes were off it it was just a 1-2" piece flat to floor, vs. a 4" up down things that is on everyone's walls to the floor.

Now, looking at it. It looks like the divider that lines either my sliding door to my closet, or the divider to my showers metal thingy.......in other words, I don't think it is the board on the wall to floor vertical....it is ON THE FLOOR horizontal. Does that make sense? therefore, all my trying to judge sizes were off it it was just a 1-2" piece flat to floor, vs. a 4" up down things that is on everyone's walls to the floor.

The divider thingy looks metal because it looks like the flash is reflecting off the area in the middle - maybe? Could be the shower door like you said.

ITA. I mean really, what young lady in her 20's, attractive, is going to sleep in her car on a stretch of highway en route to vegas or az.? I drive to vegas all the time and those roads are really dark at night. It is not a place to be alone in a stopped car at night. No way.

EXACTLY!!! Just the thought of being alone in the dark in the middle of the desert on the side of the road is horrifying and literally gives me a chill down my spine.

Agree, but what threshold? Both are carpeted? It's not from tile to bedroom......what has a threshold from carpet to carpet?

5:30:30 Last pic Alive (sitting in shower, pic from shoulder down)
5:31:14 Ceiling Pic (dropped camera) (& it rolled onto the tile)
5:32:16 JA foot Travis bloody Shoulder & (foot)

From the time she claims she dropped the camera:
* Got picked up & Body slammed in the tile
* Getting screamed at as spit or water was getting her wet
* Rolled over on her side (to her left)
* Ran down the hallway into open closet door (on her right - bedroom entrance to closet)
* Slammed door
* Began to run (to other door toward bathroom but remembered the gun)
* Jumped up on the shelf (he kept it on the very top)
* Grabbed the gun
* Ran out the closet door (bathroom closet door exit- as TA was opening the door she had slammed & chasing her)
* Turned around & pointed the gun (they were in the middle of the bathroom)
With "BOTH" my Hands
* TA lunged at JA
* TA got low & grabbed her waist (like a line backer)
* Gun went off
* Both fell hard against the tile (quote: "toward the other wall like kind of near the scales or whatever those things are")
* Struggling & Wrestling while he was getting on top of her
* TA was grabbing at her clothes
* JA broke away from him (he was screaming angry & said "kill you *****")
{{Memory Loss after this point but does remember dropping the knife it clinged the tile it made a big noise & she screamed & was freaked out}}

Questions--->
1) How did she do what she explained happened in the time between, the pics 5:31:14 & 5:32:16, in that short amount of time?
2) At what point did she pick up the camera from 5:31:14 (Ceiling Pic) & accidently take pic 5:32:16 (JA foot Travis bloody Shoulder & Foot). IF she was holding the gun with two hands, then we know she didn't take it with her on her flight down the hallway, into the closet?

The more and more I look at it......it has 4 ridges. Floor boards or whatever they are called the go UP from floor on the wall NEVER imho have 4 waves so close together. In my house...........it looks just like the tracks on the floor that my sliding doors do for my closet. DAYUM!!!!!!!! Just realized, he doesn't have sliding doors to his closet or anywhere.

Wish we were back in Florida........and had sunshine laws!

I've seen that type of flashing put down where wall to wall carpeting meets another type of flooring, for instance, tile.

I would say that is the threshold of the bathroom tile and the hallway or closet carpeting, and that flashing is put over the edge of the carpeting where it meets the tile.
