I thought it was funny in one of the first interrogations with Flores she commented that she wasn't a murderer but if she were she would know enough to wear gloves. Then why didn't she? Was that one of the things she didn't think through until she was busted?

Maybe, yeah. Or maybe she did wear gloves and had to take them off when her fingers were cut.

The other thing she told them was he was shot first. And, then the girl ninja went after him with the knife.

Her fingerprints in that room would not be such a big deal. Neither would her blood.

But, her palm print in blood with her blood mixed with his blood is case closed.

OMG, just caught up! Booo Hoooo! Jodi is now hungry?! I swear, Ticks me I off! I go all day most days at work without breakfast or lunch. Horrible, but my industry is fast paced and regulated so much so that we do not get breaks! 10 1/2 +hours many days. I survive, day to day. For almost 20 years now! I don't get to rest for a headache!

It looks like a baseboard to me but I'm trying to figure out where. It almost looks like it has to be in the bathroom because the wall and the floor are such similar colors and seeing the scene photos, the bathroom walls were a dark faux brown and the tile was a dark brown but I've also seen pics of what appears to be stained concrete in his house like I have in my own so who the heck knows.
Here's a pic of his bedroom.
Also, in the second pic down by his toes, I don't know if that's just color distortion in the pic or could it possibly be blood down the front lip of the shower meaning at some point she had to have drug him out of said shower stall already bleeding??? :waitasec::waitasec::waitasec:

Had to take a little break yesterday after watching about an hour of Jodi's cross examination. She was bringing out thoughts I didn't like myself thinking. But I did watch some of HLN and there was one man, I believe he was an attorney, who said Jodi violated the rules of "Self-defense" in Arizona by her over-kill of Travis. I don't remember the details but I think my blood pressure dropped about 40 points because he was very convincing that if the jury follows their jury instructions they will HAVE TO FIND HER GUILTY.

As an added thought, I hope the jury notices that in the 48 Hour interviews and in Flores' interrogation of Jodi (before she changed to the self-defense version) Jodi has nothing but praise for Travis. He was a wonderful, funny, bright, fantastic human being. He taught her so much and did so much for her that she couldn't help but love him. It was only AFTER she changed to self-defense that he beat her, forced her to do horrible things, practiced pedophilia, etc. I feel this is an important point to stress to the jury. She is only trashing him to save her own skin, which we already know, but it is such a simple, straight forward thought to convey to the jury that it may get overlooked. Self-defense is the ONLY defense that could possibly acquit her.

I just finished watching the afternoon session. JM was on the top of his game. He was pacing like a panther circling his prey in the courtroom. He did everything those talking heads accuse him of not doing, precise questions bringing his witness to a place she doesn't know she's going until she gets there. I saw the look of a cornered animal in her eyes when she realized where he had brought her. He decimated her abused woman defence. She was a willing, equal, and even an agressive partner. She wasn't being forced against her will to do anything she did with Travis, and had been doing it all for years without Travis.

It was a perfect cross examinatton, IMO.

I thought I saw the family react at one point--yes, he's got her!

Nothing is going to get overlooked, don't worry.

This prosecutor can put his hand into a stack of papers and pull out the exact text message he wants out of 82,000.

He does it all himself, even running the projector--like he's a country lawyer in some small town, with only the town deputy at his side.

I've never seen anything like it.

The pictures didn't catch the whole thing, IMO.

Just part of it. He is brought down very quickly [2 minutes] but then I'm sure it went on for longer than that because somehow he gets up again and makes it to the sink.

About 1:30min you can see her Left eye looking straight ahead and her Right is
aimed at her nose.

I think that was one of those pesky afterthoughts she had, while cleaning up his blood from under her fingernails, and wondering if she left any of her own blood from those fresh cuts.

The shower pictures are really spooky and have to be looked at in order. Every time I look at them I see something new. Somebody else has to give you the link, though.

To the right of the picture you can see the edge of a door, and at the top right that bumper thingy that goes on the back of a door so it won't bang into a wall. That's on the threshold of the bathroom. That door is right next to the shower.

If that is a shoe.........doesn't fit with the sizing if in the background is a 3" floorboard. The dimensional is too wrong. Could it be body????? Like the dragging photo.
